In the Internet era,digital technology develops rapidly,and a lot of digital content appears.How to curb the phenomenon of digital copyright infringement has become a difficult problem.At present,some technical achievements have been made for digital copyright protection,which can protect digital copyright from infringement to a certain extent.However,these systems still have a series of problems,such as vulnerability,long period of right confirmation,high cost of rights protection,privacy disclosure,etc.Therefore,this thesis proposes a solution based on smart contract technology to solve the existing problems.The scheme has the characteristics of decentralization,traceability and non-tampering,which can make up for the deficiencies in the current digital copyright protection system,make the protection and transaction of copyright data more open and transparent,and increase the security of copyright data.The main research results of this thesis are as follows:(1)A Reliable Practical Byzantine Fault Tolerance(RPBFT)algorithm was proposed to study the common problems of digital copyright registration system application in smart contracts and blockchain.This algorithm will improve the traditional PBFT's C/S architecture pattern into the p2 p network topology.Nodes participating in the consensus algorithm can join and leave the network dynamically.The node set is divided into consensus node and alternate node.The reliability evaluation of each node is increased,the three-stage broadcast protocol of traditional PBFT algorithm is optimized,and the consensus efficiency is improved.Experimental results verify the effectiveness of the RPBFT consensus algorithm,and the throughput has certain advantages compared with the PBFT algorithm.(2)A digital copyright privacy data protection scheme based on identity authentication was proposed to study the privacy protection of digital copyright data.This scheme can hide information and encrypt plaintext into ciphertext,without using ring signature,homomorphic encryption and zero-knowledge proof,avoiding complex certificate management,and can resist disguise attack,passive attack,etc.Aiming at the consensus problem of data in distributed ledger,the improved RPBFT algorithm is adopted to further improve the efficiency.After systematic analysis of the security and efficiency of the scheme,the results show that the scheme solves the privacy problem of users' digital copyright data in the system and has the characteristics of high efficiency and security.(3)Digital copyright system based on intelligent contract technology is realized.Based on the model proposed in this paper,the system uses the algorithm proposed in this paper to analyze and realize each functional module of the system.The system has met the requirements of practical application scenarios both in function and performance.
