In the era of mobile internet,with the advancement of digital media technology,social media is rising rapidly and influencing all aspects of social life extensively.With the continuous advancement of China's internal deepening reforms,the government has paid more and more attention to the use of mobile information technology,that is,using new media(government microblogging,government WeChat,etc.)as the main platform to more rationally use its users to produce information content.The new model is improving the perfection and equalization of the public service system.It is of great significance to research and explore the use of new media such as government WeChat to optimize the public service system,make the best use of the maximum benefits of mobile new media,effectively control and even reduce its side effects,and achieve innovation in the government's public service model.As the nation's largest economic province and the vanguard of China's economic development,Guangdong's economic sectors are playing a key role in public service.The “Commerce of Guangdong” WeChat public account doesn't only represent the business image of Guangdong Province,but also carries the task of reform and innovation of the public services in the business sectors.First of all,this paper makes reference to the relevant theories and researches on government WeChat at home and abroad,and defines the concept of Government WeChat.Because the development of things is inseparable from its historical environment,and the government WeChat has strong policy nature.In Chapter 3,by reviewing the history and current situation of the development of government WeChat and Guangdong government WeChat,and analyzing the construction and operation of “Guangdong Publishing”,“Zhongshan Publishing” and “Nansha Publishing”,we found Guangdong government WeChat has ripe experiences of functions,expressions and productions.At the same time,it has some deficiencies in professional ability of employees and public participation.Finally,based on the above comparative research in this article,based on an in-depth analysis of the “Commerce of Guangdong” WeChat public account from the aspects of construction history,services and positioning,user portraits,and operation,the “Commerce of Guangdong” WeChat public account was analyzed.Public services and other shortcomings,combined with the study of Guangdong Government WeChat above,from the introduction of strategies,draw-down strategies,and integration strategies to improve the “Commerce of Guangdong” WeChat public account service enhancement to enhance the readability of the content and enhance user engagement implementation measures,including evaluation,establishing an assessment system,and building a government WeChat matrix.
