Research On Project Management Of County-level Immigration Institution Take,for Example,the Management Of The Xuanwei Immigration Program

With the implementation of water conservancy and hydropower projects in China,the number of reservoir immigrants has become larger and larger,the amount of state support funds has become larger and larger,the aspiration of immigrants to a better life has become more and more urgent,and the immigration work undertaken by county-level immigration agencies has become more and more arduous,the variety and quantity of the immigrant project are more and more complicated,and the management of the county-level immigrant project is more and more difficult.Therefore,the level of project management of county-level immigration agencies needs to be improved.Through the study of relevant theories and literature,combined with the characteristics and current situation of county-level immigration project management,this paper puts forward four elements of county-level Immigration Project System Management,namely:Thecause of Immigration Poverty,project selection,organization management,and income growth,multi-dimensional poverty theory is introduced to analyze the causes of immigrant poverty,multi-attribute utility theory to analyze the preference and results of decision makers,humancapital the ory and multi-project management to analyze project management,the gray s ystem the ory predicts the disposable income percapita,and the nanalyzes the interaction among the four factors to construct the county level immigration project management system.This paper applies the syste mmanagement model to comprehensively analyze,summarize and forecast the management cases of the Xuan wei Immigration Project,inorder to solve the difficult problem softhe project management of the county-leve limmigration in stitutions,to improve the management level of the immigration project of the county-levelimmigration in stitution,and point out the direction of the development of the immigration project——The sustainable development of the industrial project,which cangive some reference to the People in the same trade,we will accelerate the paceofecono Micand social development of the people in reservoir areas and resettlement areas.
