Design And Implementation Of Precision Poverty Alleviation Management System In Xingqing District Of Ningxia

Advanced technology has promoted the sustainable development of the whole information technology,and demonstrated excellent results in the application scenarios of government services,shortening the time cost of government services,reduces the approval process,saves the staff cost and greatly improves the work efficiency.Targeted poverty alleviation,as an important part of government services,has been the goal of the whole people.Many cadres are on the front line of poverty alleviation and strive to achieve full poverty alleviation by 2020.The main work of targeted poverty alleviation is to track the economic situation of registered households,accurately grasp the difficulties and take corresponding measures.Therefore,based on the actual situation of poverty alleviation business in xingqing district,this paper designed and implemented a targeted poverty alleviation management system platform in ningxia xingqing district.However,the paper accounts used for information collection in poverty alleviation work cannot be updated in real time,and cannot be shared in real time,lacking a platform for unified data.Therefore,based on the actual situation of poverty alleviation business in Xingqing District,this paper designs and implements the precision poverty alleviation management system in Xingqing District of Ningxia.Ningxia Xingqing District Precision Poverty Alleviation Management System,mainly through the online platform of Xingqing District Poverty Alleviation Office,establishes dynamic archives for eco-immigration file establishments,so that relevant departments can track the management situation and poverty alleviation status in time.The main functions of this system include: data statistics,poverty alleviation task control,help object information entry and review,help log upload,data retrieval and other system settings,rights management and other system auxiliary functions.By comparing the technical characteristics of domestic and foreign management system development,combined with user needs and development and deployment environment,choose the B/S-based architecture,Apache+MySQL+PHP development environment,and combine HTML+CSS+Javascript front-end development language to realize platform design.The frame jQuery and Laravel are used in the development process.Laravel is an open source and very mature framework specially designed for PHP Web development and it also provides a rich extension package Bundle,which makes the system design more convenient and faster,while reducing development costs.This thesis mainly analyzes the related system development background,policy background,development process of industry application,and the current user pain points and difficulties,and describes in detail the significance of system development,problem solving and implementation effect.Through system requirements analysis,organization of user business data,clarification of customer requirements for the system performance,as well as authority division,input and output requirements,etc.,Design the system's functional structure,page interaction,algorithm,database,etc.according to the requirements analysis,and then accomplishes system function and page interaction through coding.Finally,the Ningxia Xingqing District Precision Poverty Alleviation Management System was tested to find out the design problems and for making modifications to ensure that the system meets the users' needs.
