Reflection On The Social Work Intervention In The Social Relief Project Of Released Prisoners

In recent years,China has made good achievements in the construction of socialist legal system and socialist legal country,and the Public Order of society tends to be harmonious and stable.But with the rapid development of market economy,a series of bad problems have arisen in our society,such as the high rate of recidivism.At present,a large number of released prisoners return to the society every year in our country.While they can not adapt to the changes in the social rhythm,they are also facing exclusion from the community? society?family and other parties,so it's easier to feel inferior,give up on yourself,and go down the criminal path again.This is not only the plight of the released prisoners themselves,but also an issue that deserves the attention of the whole society.Among the released prisoners,there are more special groups,thatis,"low-released prisoners".Most of them are in poor health and have less ability to survive,so they need the guidance and support of professionals more urgently.Based on the background of the re-socialization of the released prisoners,taking a demonstration project in Chengdu as an example,this paper takes 210 "low-bail-released prisoners" in Jinniu district of Chengdu as the research object by using the method of literature research and field research,after conducting a professional needs assessment through a questionnaire survey,social assistance is provided through three social work methods: Case Study,group work and community work,to help them rediscover themselves and better carry out their social life,and through the evaluation and reflection of the problems in the implementation of the project,points out the shining points and shortcomings of the project,and provides reference for social work to intervene in the relief work of special groups.
