The main function of military academies is to train and transport a large number of talented personnel in the new ear to meet the needs of mission tasks,and the central link that determines the effectiveness of talent training is the high quality curriculum teaching.The present reform of CAPF academies has been basically completed.That's why the author takes the evaluation system of the teaching quality of CAPF vocational education as the research subject.The main research work of this thesis is as follows:(1)On the basis of the relevant research results at home and abroad,this thesis systematically analyzes the theory and model of the evaluation of the teaching quality of the curriculum,and takes the means of questionnaire survey and statistical analysis to discuss the common methods of the evaluation of the teaching quality of CAPF academies,so as to make the construction of the relevant evaluation system more scientific,more reasonable and more convincing.(2)To ensure that the conclusions obtained are more in line with the reality,taking a CAPF college as an example,and the vocational education as the key type,and starting from the perspective of student evaluation,through designing,distributing and counting related questionnaires and scales,the thesis comprehensively combs the reference data of curriculum,which results in the fact that not only the weight coefficient of each evaluation index is found,but also the evaluation value of each measurement item is obtained.(3)The thesis analyzes the main problems of curriculum teaching and puts forward some countermeasures on how to solve the problems and further improve the teaching quality of the vocational education in CAPF academies.These measures are included in the following four aspects: renewing the thinking idea in accordance with the situation,stressing the key links to deepen the practical teaching,perfecting the content elements and the teaching method,strengthening scientific management to improve the support capacity,and so on,...
