Research On Pension Security Of Ecological Migration

Ecological migration is an important measure to improve the poor living conditions of local residents and reduce the population pressure of nature reserves in the western region.With the development of protecting the natural ecological environment,the number of ecological migrants has increased,and the problem of old-age security,which is an important influencing factor of economic construction and social harmony,has also attracted the attention of academic circles.The problem of old-age security,which is the important influencing factor of economic construction and social harmony,has also attracted the attention of academic circles.This paper takes the present situation of old-age security of ecological migration in Minning Town of Yongning County,Ningxia as the research object,and makes an investigation and analysis by using the methods of investigation and research,literature research and case study,including the basic situation of ecological migration,the mode of providing for the aged,the standard of living for the aged,the insurance security and the spiritual and cultural life of providing for the aged.It is concluded that the main problems existing in the old-age security of ecological immigrants in Minning Town are as follows:the old-age mode is single,most of them are family old-age care;the level of old-age security is low,and the source of old-age funds is single,mainly for the family.The lack of publicity and guidance of the old-age security policy leads to the lack of understanding of the old-age policy and the low participation rate of the ecological immigrants,as well as the emptiness of spiritual life for the aged,the lack of entertainment facilities and so on.At the same time,combined with the research results of domestic and foreign scholars,this paper puts forward some suggestions to solve the problem of old-age security for ecological migration: constructing diversified old-age service system,widening employment channels to realize re-employment,perfecting ecological migration insurance security system,enriching the spiritual and cultural life of ecological migration,etc.
