A Study Of Structural Family Therapy In The Role Conflict Of The Elderly With Migration

The flow of population is a dynamic process,which presents different characteristics in different periods.In the early stage of China's reform and opening up,the migration of floating population showed the characteristics of "individual mobility ".With the improvement of urban household registration policy and related floating population management system,floating population relies on the existing social resources,more "family migration" situation,family roles conflict with time and space.Therefore,this study takes the current situation of mobile family as the starting point,and applies the structural treatment model to intervene in the role conflict of the elderly with relocation.Based on an in-depth interview with 7 X residents in Haikou City,this paper summarizes the status of the family members of the elderly.And referring to the relevant literature,the dimension of the role conflict with the elderly is finally divided into two dimensions: role behavior and role concept.First of all,in the course of the interview,the author found that the conflict of the roles of the elderly is mainly reflected in: the conflict of the role behavior,that is,the difference between the professional role and the role interpersonal communication of the elderly,the reduction of the role cluster of the elderly;the conflict of the role concept,because the two generations are affected by the dual culture of urban and rural,resulting in the conflict of the role concept.Secondly,the role conflict of the accompanying elderly is not only affected by individual factors,but also the result of family interaction.This paper puts the cause of the role conflict in the family structure,the family role conflict mainly exists in the family member individual role concept solidification,the new and old role transformation is not timely,the family lacks the correct role cognition and the family communication invalid four aspects reasons.Finally,in response to the physical use of structured family therapy in the case of the elderly with relocation,this paper attempts to use case therapy and structuredtherapy two-way treatment model for practical intervention.Case level is mainly to understand the irrational beliefs of the elderly and clarify the role of cognition;structural treatment level is mainly through scene reproduction and figure sculpture to change the existing family interaction model.This paper also summarizes the application and practice mode of role theory in the context of case practice.
