With the continuous advancement of China's comprehensive deepening reform,the role of party building in leading the democratic management of state-owned enterprises has become prominent.The democratic management of enterprises is to establish the political rights of citizens in the field of industrial production and turn them into the democratic management of workers.As an important form of grassroots democracy in China,enterprise democratic management plays a dual role in promoting economic democracy and political democracy in the construction of grassroots democracy in China.To further promote the democratic management of state-owned enterprises in the process of comprehensively deepening the reform depends on the party organizations of state-owned enterprises to play the leading and political core roles.Therefore,in the new historical period,it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to study and discuss how to lead the democratic management of state-owned enterprises by party building.This paper,from the perspective of political science,makes a comprehensive use of literature analysis,historical analysis and case analysis to explore the issues related to the democratic management of state-owned enterprises led by party building.The paper consists of five parts:The first part is the introduction.This paper expounds the research background,research significance,research purpose,research ideas,research methods and innovations of the paper,and finds out the deficiencies of the existing research through sorting out and reviewing the relevant literature on the subject,so as to point out the direction for the further research of the subject.The second part is the definition of relevant concepts and theoretical basis.After defining the basic concepts involved in the paper and makes a brief analysis of Marxist classic writers' theory of enterprise democratic management and the communist party of China's theory of enterprise democratic management,this part focuses on the inevitability and mechanism of the party building leading the democratic management of state-owned enterprises.The third part is the historical analysis of the democratic management of state-owned enterprises led by party building.In different historical periods in China by reviewing the status of the state-owned enterprise party leading democratic management,on the one hand,summarizes relevant work achievements,on the other hand reveals the main problems existing in the practice: weakening subjective cognitive insufficiency,the state-owned enterprise party organizations,the low degree of institutionalization and company worker political socialization level is not high.The fourth part analyzes the causes of the problems in the democratic managementof state-owned enterprises led by party building.It mainly includes: the ideological value idea diversification,the party organization construction insufficiency,the legal system imperfection,the traditional political thought restriction.The fifth part puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions to further play the leading role of party building in the democratic management of state-owned enterprises.Countermeasures are put forward from four aspects: strengthening ideological and political work in enterprises,strengthening the construction of grass-roots party organizations in state-owned enterprises,building the institutional guarantee of democratic management in state-owned enterprises led by party construction,and improving the political socialization level of employees in enterprises,so as to strengthen the construction of democratic politics at the grass-roots level of enterprises and promote the development of democratic management in state-owned enterprises.
