Research On Mode Of Management In Rural Resettlement Community

Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has witnessed a rapid and high-quality growth,and remarkable achievements have been made in urbanization construction.Along with the development of urbanization,a large number of construction land has increased,and the scale of land acquisition in urban suburbs and rural areas has been expanding since the implementation of the new rural construction in the "11th five-year plan".Land expropriation and demolition have led to the establishment of a large number of resettlement communities for resettlement farmers.Due to these rural resettlement communities,the lifestyle of displaced farmers has changed from "scattered residence" to "concentrated settlement".The contradiction between traditional ideas and new living environment has caused many management problems.Therefore,the rural resettlement community,a new mode of rural residence,has become the key and difficult points in the local governments' works at all levels and an important breakthrough point for the construction of new rural areas.At present,some places in China are following the pace of rapid development of national urbanization,actively exploring new modes of urbanization in practice,and have gone out of a new road of management with local characteristics.Based on the background above,this article will take D community in Baohua Town of Jurong city,Jiangsu province as an example,analyzing its existing mode of management under present situation and existing problems,and through the analyses of the causes,it aims to make the existing pattern perfect.Additionally,this article can provide references for the rural resettlement communities which have similar problems in the increasingly accelerated urbanization process.This paper is mainly divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction of the paper,which explains the research background and significance of the topic.As well,this part includes the previous researches about the mode of management both at home and abroad.The second part is the explanation of some core concepts in this research fieldand and research method.The third part is the case investigation of D community in Baohua town,jurong city.Through face-to-face interviews with residents and management service providers,the community governance status under the current mode of management is understood.The fourth part is to analyze the survey results and summarize the existing problems and causes of the community under the current mode of management.The fifth part,on the basis of the previous analysis,proposes targeted measures for the management of rural resettlement communities from the perspectives of government,community,residents and internet.
