First of all,the article reviews the intergenerational income mobility research history and progress,and the problems and countermeasures which often occur in the intergenerational income mobility research,then construct a dynamic general equilibrium model of human capital allocation and the intergenerational income mobility,and research and analysis of intergenerational income mobility from the perspective of education.In the model,the parents are work force,divided into ordinary workers and technical workers,and underage children,who are not the work force,but who can choose to accept or give up education,is endowed with the right to education decision.Whether children choose to receive education,and whether they are successful or not,they have become ordinary workers or skilled workers,and they have made a difference in their lives.According to the model,this paper analyzes the educational cost function,educational income,technology progress,tax and educational quality,and so on.Dynamic analysis of the model shows that there is a potential correlation between income inequality degree,output and intergenerational income mobility between the three.With the development of economy,the number of skilled workers in the economy increase gradually,if the initial technical workers quantity is less than the "poverty",then economies will always be in a poverty trap;if the number of initial technical workers is higher than that of "poverty",and education costs accounted for the proportion of income is a decreasing function of income,then economies will automatically convergence to the steady state.However,if the education costs accounted for the proportion of the income is increasing function of income,economy convergence path will be different as the function form for the cost of education different,may be divergent cobweb structure,may be a type of convergence cobweb structure,and may be a closed type structure of cobweb.In the process of the change of the number of skilled workers,the total output,the intergenerational mobility and the degree of inequality will also show cyclical changes.Therefore,the specific form of the educational cost equation has an important influence on the transfer dynamics of the model.Technological progress will make the evolution path of the number of skilled workers overall upward,and is good for the economy in the poverty trap to get out of poverty,and will make the new intergenerational mobility increased.At the same time,this paper also found that developing countries and developed countries should choose their own tax policies to ensure that their children's education is not affected by the damage.In steady state,the number of skilled workers is negatively correlated with the tax rate,but there are different optimal tax rates in different periods of economic development.The optimal tax policy should set a higher tax rate in the initial stage of economic development,and then gradually reduce,so that the number of skilled workers in each period can reach the maximum.The education level will increase the number of skilled workers in each phase of the economy and increase the value of the number of skilled workers in the steady state.Education has a very strong transfer.In the empirical study,we should take full consideration of the influence of the children's education environment and the education level of the parents when setting the measurement model in the empirical study.
