Objective: Excellent core stability is the foundation of the athletes' competitive ability,foreign outstanding athletes to carry out physical strength training has achieved remarkable results,the core strength training applied to the Shandong Province,the core strength training experiment,whether the power quality of Shandong Province,the impact of the quality of the players?Methods: Literature data,expert interviews,questionnaire survey,experimental method,12 athletes as the research object,randomly divided into control group and experimental group?The two groups of the indicators are not significant difference(p>0.05)? The two groups in the special technical training content,the experimental group for 1 years with the core strength training,the control group by the previous training method? After 1 years,the indexes of the athletes' special strength were measured,and the data obtained are statistically analyzed?Results: 1,control group and experimental group of group comparison results: after the experiment in the experimental group,the squat,bench press,sit ups,30 s fall cloth,1 minute climbing rope,the index scores have significant difference(P < 0.05),hold squats and these two indicators no significant difference(> 0.05)?2,Findings from a longitudinal comparison of the experimental group: experimental group by 1 year of core strength training,the athletes of 1 minute climbing and 30 s fall cloth,hold squat index scores have greatly improved,the experiment with significant difference(P < 0.05),the squat,bench press index of the experiment with high significant difference(P < 0.01),sit ups and high performance,are not significant difference(P > 0.05)?Conclusion:1,the introduction of modern core strength training in the daily strength training of wrestling,a series of means,the training effect is greatly improved;2,Horizontal comparison between the longitudinal and the groups,the data shows that the core strength training on the experimental group of athletes with different degrees of improvement,the control group also has improved,but the degree of improvement was significantly lower than the experimental group? To some extent,the core strength training has a great effect on the improvement of the quality of the players,but it can not totally deny the traditional strength training method and method;3,coaches should improve the understanding of core strength training,in the wrestling training to change the strength training idea,it should be in the reserve part of the traditional strength training means,to increase the core strength training method application specific gravity?...
