In recent years,Chinese basketball technical and tactical level has been greatly improved,but the high level basketball athletes compared to foreign countries,the main difference is reflected in the athletes'explosive force,strength,speed and physical quality.The explosive power of basketball players plays a very important role in the competition performance.They have good explosive power,can better complete the rapid start,change to the super,stop,jump shot and other basketball technical movements.In addition,the explosive force decides whether the bounce is good or bad,as an important form of explosive force is fast strength,and jumping ability is a basketball player for the advantage in the basketball game security,will have a major impact on the result of a competition.The use of barbell deep draping to develop rapid strength can reduce training pressure on the spine,avoiding routine heavy leg strength training that may result in adolescent spinal injuries.Because the completed action rate is quite fast,so the requirements of trainees in a very short period of time quickly exert greater force on the ground,compared with the traditional strength training,the barbell drape training can bring more power over,on improving basketball player unit four biceps muscle strength and jumping ability have a certain effect.Combining with the force characteristics and strength characteristics of the four biceps muscle of the basketball players in the take-off,the paper puts forward the plan of barbell,drape and turn strength training.The aim is to help the basketball players to increase the strength of their four biceps muscle,promote the jumping ability,improve the physical ability and the level of skill and tactics.Research methods:this experiment in Chaling County Amateur Sports School Physical Health of young women basketball players as the experimental object,the experimental group of 6 athletes(n=6),6 athletes for the control group(n=6),a total of 12 people were studied.The experimental group performed 8 weeks barbell suspension and turn strength training,each training time about 60min,training 2 times a week(Monday and Thursday),while the control group used traditional strength training.After the experiment,the experimental group and control group four quadriceps muscle strength index before and after the experiment unit(peak torque and peak torque,average power,iEMG value,root mean square amplitude),spring(stand jump,one step feet jump,three step to the five step approach single leg from the high jump)test results were compared,analysis of changes in indicators before and after the experiment.The results are as follows:(1)after eight weeks of experiment,the isokinetic strength of knee joint angular velocity of 60 DEG/sec peak torque(PT);peak torque of 180?/sec(PT);60/sec(PT/BW),peak torque of 180 DEG/sec relative peak torque(PT/BW);60/sec average power rate(AP),180/sec average power(AP)test results showed that the experimental group compared with the control group,the data were significant difference(P<0.05),the test results of experimental group was significantly higher than the control group;the control group pretest and posttest knee extensor,knee flexor pretest and posttest were not significant differences(P>0.05);experimental group pretest and posttest knee extensor,knee flexor pretest and posttest were significant difference(P<0.05).(2)after eight weeks of experiment,the isokinetic strength of knee joint angular velocity of 60 DEG/sec iEMG(iEMG),180/sec iEMG(iEMG);60/sec RMS amplitude(RMS),180/sec RMS amplitude(RMS)test results showed that the experimental group comparison the control group the data change rate have significant difference(P<0.05);the control group data were measured before and after the rectus femoris rate showed no significant differences(P>0.05);the changes of data tested experimental groups before and after the data rate were significant difference(P<0.05).(3)after eight weeks of experiment,in stand jump,one step feet jump,three step to the five step approach single leg jump height reaching the test results show that the experimental group compared with the control group,the data were significant difference(P<0.05),the experimental group's jumping ability significantly in the control group;the real control group before and after the test change rate had significant differences(P<0.05);the control group before and after the test rate did not show significant difference(P>0.05).Research conclusions:(1)compared with traditional basketball strength training,8 weeks barbell suspension training can effectively improve the jumping ability of young women's basketball players.(2)the stock four muscles as the bounce force mainly is the main motive of knee extensor muscle,skeletal muscle bounce or decision.Training can effectively improve the barbell drape over unit four quadriceps maximal strength and speed strength,the biomechanical changes in the athletes in the peak torque(PT),peak torque(PT/B W),average power(AP),surface electromyogram(iEMG),root mean square amplitude(RMS)test scores six the index was increased,is the main reason for barbell training to improve jumping over the drape.
