| As a social vulnerable group,female peasant workers have been concerned by scholars from all walks of life.They work,live and make contributes to the development of the city,but their legal rights have been not received proper protection,faced with this situation,female peasant workers have their own ways to safeguard the rights and interests.Based on that,this paper made female migrant workers working in urban as research objects,by examining their maintenance rights features and strategies to make sense of one aspect of their work and life in the cities.In the first,arrange and read the relevant documents to understand how predecessors were research,then interview with female peasant workers and relevant department works,finally get the conclusion from a number of cases by summarized and abstracted.There are four chapters in this thesis.The first chapter includes the comb of the literature reviews and the introduction of method of data collection.The second chapter summarizes the damage situations and causes of female migrant workers rights and interests in Lanzhou.The third chapter introduces the characteristic and the strategy of female migrant workers' rights protection.The fourth chapter includes the conclusion and discussion,answers the two questions above and discusses the possibility of protection rights by female migrant workers themselves.And review the shortcomings of the research.The final conclusion of this paper believes that the legitimate rights and interests of female migrant workers can not be guaranteed because in addition to its own silent attitude,but also because of the employers pursuit of interest and affected by female migrant workers' attached position in the life.And in the strategy of maintain their own rights and interests,female migrant workers respectively using three strategies,and they are the social capital,formal and informal struggle and the weak resistance.Meanwhile,the system context of they maintain the rights also affect the results. |
