Character sketch is to cultivate students' observation,creativity,imagination and sketch performance ability,but also the entrance test contents of art,art students comprehensive quality can be measured.As far as sketch instruction is concerned,the teachers use traditional teaching methods,and the students mainly copy the works,which provide limited opportunities for students to sketch.The knowledge of sketch theory is neglected,and the presentation of sketch techniques is limited.Due to the large number of classes,students can't see all the details and techniques of teachers' painting as well as the whole teaching process,when they are watching the paintings by teachers.The content of teaching lacks classification,and the teachers aren't used to classify the teaching content systematically and in a modular way.The students aren't able to evaluate and respond to each sketch in time.All kinds of problems make the teaching more difficult,can't meet the demand of students' writing.It is a hindrance to the development of students' fine arts,and teachers and students want to change the dull class atmosphere at the moment.This research uses the information technology to change the traditional sketch teaching model,introduces the brand-new teaching idea,lets the entire sketch teaching change.In view of the problems in sketch teaching,this study will use the combination of LMS and sketch teaching to create interesting activities for students.Through the comparative analysis of five widely used LMS,from the aspects of funding,ease of operation,functional characteristics and other aspects of comprehensive consideration,and ultimately for teachers and students to provide a reliable network learning platform-Edmodo.The purpose of research is to make use of the function advantage of Edmodo and change the current sketch teaching mode.How to use Edmodo for sketch teaching;how to find novel resources for sketch,material images;how to design rich and interesting learning activities for students are thinking about.The researchers combined with a large number of literature,and in Zhengzhou,a senior high school art class three field visits and teaching practice.After the communication with the teacher to determine the relationship,clear the key question is how to use Edmodo character sketch teaching design and practice.This study isbased on the design based research framework,focusing on questionnaires,interviews and tests to provide an objective basis for the study.This paper analyzes the current teaching situation and the demand of students' sketch learning through the literature and the questionnaire.According to the functional advantages of Edmodo platform and literature review,the author designs a series of teaching links,such as sketch teaching content and learning activities,and applies it to sketch teaching practice.In the knowledge and skills of internalization,consolidate and improve the iterative intervention in three stages of learning reflection and summary;according to the practical effect of the analysis of the design under the support of Edmodo character sketch teaching and the implementation of the strategy to provide some support.This study is the preliminary exploration of Edmodo in the fine arts,which is instructive and reference for teachers to use Edmodo for sketching teaching design and practice.
