The Person-position Fit Research Of English Teachers From Company A

As the development of the internationalization,Chinese pays much more attention on English.And they ask English not only for test.As this change,the train purpose of the English training institutions is getting much more.But because of this change,some institutions can not hire the proper teacher at the same time.So the problem comes out:person-position unfitness.Because of this,I analyze the current situation of the theories from in and out of China.Based on this and the current situation of the Company A,I have made a test paper for the English teachers to test their English skills and a questionnaire to know their will towards the positions from the objective and subjective sides.And use this to research the person-position fit of the Company A.At last to obtain the program of Company A's person-position fit.This thesis approaches of literature survey,questionnaire survey and case analysis.By systemic analysis and research,hopefully this research can bring some help and inspiration in the person-position fit area for the similar English training institutions in Kunming Yunnan.
