The Study On The Status Quo And Sustainable Development Of The National High-Level Sports Reserve Talents In Yunnan Province

In order to further strengthen the work of cultivating competitive sports reserve talents in China,in order to ensure the sustainable development of competitive sports,in order to fully implement the "Olympic honor plan",the State Sports General Administration decided since 2004,with the Olympics for a period of four years,to carry out certification work of national high level sports reserve base "in the country at all levels of sports school.After 2005-2008,2009-2012,2013-2016 three cycles,"base" that has become an important starting point for youth sports training work.effectively motivate and mobilize the initiative and enthusiasm of the provinces of sports reserve personnel training at all levels in school,sports school,teaching,training,management and other aspects has been greatly improved,the quality and level of training has been further developed in the service of Olympic Games,winning glory for the country to play an important role.National high level sports reserve talent base plays an important role in the sustainable development of sports talents training and competitive sports in China.The high level sports reserve talent base in three countries of Yunnan province 2013-2016 Olympic cycle as the research object,using the method of literature,field survey,expert interviews,survey method,logical analysis method,the paper researches the current situation of work to identify the base and sustainable development.The main research conclusions are as follows:1)China's competitive sports reserve personnel training system in the positive reform period,the national high level of sports reserve base of the certification work is to improve our athletic sports reserve talents training an effective way to all levels of school building,provincial and municipal sports talent(2)After four "Olympic bases" construction,the national "base" from the earliest 211 to the new cycle(2017-2)after the four Olympic cycle "base" construction,the national "base:from the earliest 211 to the new cycle(2017-2020),"base"construction work for our athletic sports reserve personnel to make a positive contribution;Yunnan Province,"base" by the earliest 2005-2008 Olympic cycle 1,increased to 2017-2020 Olympic cycle 6,but the overall level of competitive sports in Yunnan Province and the national high level of sports reserve base construction work are at a national level;3)through the Yunnan 2013-2016 Olympic cycle of the three countries of high-level sports reserve base The survey found that Yunnan Province,"base" of the basic conditions of the construction of complete,adequate training equipment,but the use of special training equipment is not high,and there are still re-training light culture,heavy performance light delivery of the one-sided development concept;4)The level of sports reserve base of the identification of indicators in the implementation of the system is better,different sports have been treated differently,but there are individual "base" in the assessment process there is "make up materials","for evaluation and evaluation" and other violations Phenomenon;5)At the present stage,the construction of reserve talents of competitive sports in Yunnan Province is in the period of accelerating the development,strengthening the introduction and standardization of talents,and carrying out the standardization construction of the national high-level sports reserve talents base in order to promote the rapid and Continuous development.
