Children's period is the key period for the formation of children's sports pattern and the development of physical fitness,especially for the critical period of developing children's sensitive qualities.Physiology and psychology of children and the physical quality of children in all aspects are at the peak of their growth.Physiologically,Rapid growth and change,such as muscle,bone and other comprehensive and rapid growth;children's nervous system development at its peak,the rapid development of sensitive qualities,while the initial stages of children with endurance training-related physical basis;in childhood Sensitive and endurance training should grasp the physical and psychological characteristics of children,teaching students in accordance with their aptitudes to ensure the smooth implementation of training programs.In order to explore the impact of skipping practice on the first grade students' sensitivity and endurance quality,this study studied the first grade two classes of Beijing Huoying Camp Central Primary School through literature,experiment,test,expert interviews and mathematical statistics.A total of 93 students conducted experimental research,excluding some of the specific indicators,a total of valid data retained 86 people.Through a 12-week skipping practice physical education teaching intervention,and measurement of relevant indicators,including the indicators of sensitive quality cross quadrant jumping,repeated across,T test,hexagonal jump,4 * 10 meters turn back run test,hexagonal reaction ball test,Speed rope ladder test and endurance test indicators 5 minutes endurance run and 1 minute jump rope.The experimental results are as follows:(1)After 12 weeks of skipping practice intervention,students in the experimental group and the control group all had varying degrees of cross-quadrant jumping,repeated cross,T-test,hexagonal jump and 4 * The results showed that there were significant differences in test scores between experimental group and control group before and after the experiment,and there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group Significantly larger than the control group.In the regular physical education class,comparison of the control group before and after the experiment showed that both physical fitness of the students also improved,but the degree of improvement was not high.(2)Through the analysis and comparison of various sensitive and endurance quality test indicators in the experimental group and the control group,there is a very significant difference between the scores in the experimental class and those in the control group(P <0.01),indicating that compared with the conventional physical education Lessons,skipping exercises on the first grade students with more sensitive quality and endurance quality improvement has a more positive effect.(3)The first-grade freshmen in primary school after 12-week skipping practice found that the maximum heart rate reached by the students in experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the time spent on restoring heart rate to resting heart rate was significantly shorter than that of the control group after the exercise During the practice,the heart rate can reach a higher level.Compared with the conventional physical education class,the rope jumping exercise has obvious advantages for improving the overall exercise load in the class.The rope jumping exercise can stimulate the students' exercise more strongly and can better promote the cardiopulmonary function level of the students.
