Research On The Piloting Mechanism Of College On Campus Football

Using literature research methods,questionnaire survey methods,and expert interview methods to study the piloting mechanism of college on campus football.This paper mainly analyzes the practical role of piloting mechanism in campus football from the connotation and practical application of college football;the trend of college leadership,the positioning of roles,and the current status of campus soccer i n China.This paper tries to take colleges and universities as a new "pilot" role to effectively promote the development of football throughout the country.On this basis,the practical application of the piloting mechanism in the campus soccer is also put forward,that is,the four levels of piloting system such as “integration,collaboration,motivation,and feedback” are collated with the characteristics of college campus soccer development.However,the study found that: from the analysis of the trend of college football piloting on campus,despite the effective promotion of national policies,the development of campus football has been pushed to a new level,but it also reflects some problems from the side.This study believes that "education" is the core of the development of campus football and promotes the full development of students' morality,intelligence,body,beauty and labor.Academic motivation,echelon construction,teacher training,and education and scientific research are favorable conditions for colleges and universities to lead the development of campus football.It is an irreplaceable responsibility and obligation for colleges to take on the training of campus football teachers.The establishment of a further education mechanism is the driving force for the development of campus football,and the echelon is invigorated.Construction is the path for the development of campus football.Providing education and scientific research is the basis for the development of campus football."In addition,from the analysis of the status quo of China's campus football,“high scores” and “higher learning” are the ardent hopes of “two longs”.Under such circumstances,our country's campus football is still struggling."Student-education segmentation" exam-oriented education under the background of difficult youth football,"policy football"-campus football formalism supremacy,"channel obstruction"-campus football conflict between supply and demand,"competitive football"-the value of campus football function distortions It has become a stumbling block to the current healthy development of campus football.Therefore,this paper uses the case study as a logical starting point to take advantage of the development of campus football and the development of national football policy.Mainly summarized the path of colleges and universities leading the development of campus football:(1)Establishing a window-Universities around the country set up a campus football development(research)center to integrate human,material,and financial resources to develop campus football.(2)Establish a green education channel and talent transfer channels for the benefit of attracting young football talents to campus(3)With the combination of sports and education as a benchmark,football teacher education and training are regularly conducted.(4)Teaching and teaching service--implementation of campus football guidance radiation surrounding primary and secondary schools.(5)People-oriented-play the role of campus football education.
