Research On Wushu Elite Male Athletes Of Changquan,Taijiquan And Nanquan Routine Arrangement

In order to improve the artistic,ornamental and competitive characteristics of Competitive Wushu,from the perspective of improving the ability of Wushu routine arrangement and promoting its development level,this paper selects 36 visual frequency samples of the three boxing events of men's long boxing,South boxing and Taijiquan in the final of the thirteen National Games Wushu routine.The research methods,such as the inspection method and the mathematical statistics method,are focused on the study of the rules and rules of Competitive Wushu routines.The characteristics,laws and development of the arrangement of the contents of the boxing items are summarized and discussed.The innovative structure of the routines is illustrated and the similarity of the structure is speculated to be a benign development of the competitive Wushu.Provide ideas and reference.The results show that: There is a singleness phenomenon in the order of difficulty and difficulty arrangement.The content of the competition rules and regulations will influence the individual innovation and the diversification of the selected materials to some extent.The structure of the routines is influenced by some factors such as the rhythm of practice,the order of difficulty,the technical movement,the layout of the route and so on.The structure of the long boxing,the South boxing and the Taijiquan is unbalanced.Fourth,the preparation time of Taijiquan is very long before the difficulty moves,which affects the fluency of routine.The layout of routines is influenced by the style of their projects.Different types of Competitive Wushu show differentiated viewing experience.Three projects of boxing,showing different level of development,the comprehensive arrangement of the long boxing project is high,the arrangement level of the South boxing and Taijiquan project needs to be further improved.
