Study On Owner Risk Management Under Agent Construction System

In recent years,the development of colleges and universities has been changing with each passing day.Education investment has been surging.As a new construction management method,agent construction system can effectively promote the level of project risk management and is widely used in practice.However,due to the development of acting system in our country is still in the early,especially on the application practices of construction projects in colleges and universities,the related system and mechanism is not perfect enough,also has many problems and potential risks.From the perspective of the owner,in this paper,based on the viewpoint of the owner side,according to the construction of new campus of Qingdao university of science and technology project as an example,from the perspective of the owner party,under the mode of agent construction projects in colleges and universities detailed evaluation and analysis on the risk factors,establishes a set of relatively complete risk evaluation index system,and using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to construction project risk assessment and analysis,determine the weight of risk evaluation index,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for risk assessment.Thus,the comprehensive risk evaluation model of the owner under the agent construction system is established.Finally,the risk level of the construction project of the new campus of Qingdao university of technology was evaluated and the corresponding risk control was carried out.Not only can effectively prevent or reduce damage from the project risk,basic construction project risk management research for colleges and universities to provide certain theoretical basis,but also for high quality to complete the university engineering project construction goal,maximizing the investment projects effectiveness has important practical significance.
