The arrival of the information age has improved the demand and demand of high quality talents in the society,and education is the most important part of a country,and the education of teachers has also become the focus of the current national concern.The future of the country needs high-quality talents to build,and the cultivation of highquality talents is also inseparable from the development of high-level teachers.Therefore,according to the requirements of the national joint training of talents,the author constructs a cooperative innovation mechanism of "E-U-R-S" in cooperation between the Education Department of Gansu,the Institute of Education Science,the Northwest Normal University and the Experimental Middle School of the base,in order to break the traditional single block teacher education mode through this mechanism and promote the cooperative development of teacher education.The process of accelerating the integration of teachers should be accelerated.The thesis consists of five parts:The first part: starting from the point of promoting the professional development of teachers and improving the quality of education,this study combs the concepts of "teacher professional development" and "EURS mechanism" through literature research,and summarizes the research status of teachers' professional development,teachers' professional development mechanism and synergistic innovation.The guiding role of teachers' professional development theory,synergy theory and group dynamics theory is analyzed,and the research ideas of this research are further clarified.The second part: through the case analysis method to understand the status of the professional development of high school teachers in Gansu Province,analyze the achievements and existing problems in the development of teachers' professional development,and provide the relevant basis for the construction of the later "EURS" cooperative innovation mechanism.The third part: on the basis of the above research,the construction principle,organization system and collaborative content clear the mechanism,through in-depth analysis of the "Internet plus" under the background of "E-U-R-S" based on thecooperation of elements and organization relations,interactive relationship,and then build a "collaborative innovation mechanism E-U-R-S.The fourth part: in order to verify the effectiveness of the mechanism and further improve the mechanism,this study relies on the application of "one teacher,one class,one class and one teacher",and expounds the application process of the cooperative innovation mechanism in detail through the "research and experimental base of the teaching reform of information technology subject" in Gansu general high school.It embodies the seven mechanisms of the early construction,including organizational mechanism,target mechanism,operation mechanism,dynamic mechanism,interaction mechanism,evaluation mechanism and guarantee mechanism.In addition,in order to verify the effect of the mechanism,the author,on the one hand,appraise the related achievements of "one teacher and one class,one class and one teacher" and the study track of teachers in the network research platform.On the other hand,after the end of the event,the author conducts in-depth interviews with the study members through interview.Face mastery of the application effect.The fifth part: the study draws the following conclusions: "Internet plus" under the background of "E-U-R-S" based on the cooperation of the collaborative innovation mechanism for teacher training and provide a new idea;practice has proved that the "Internet plus" under the background of "E-U-R-S" based on the cooperation of the collaborative innovation mechanism;fine environment training and training activities designed to help Teachers' professional development.
