In the early stage, the capacity of self-control was understood and researched in terms of personalities and cognition. With the further development of research,self-control capacity has become an independent research field.Age 3 to 5 is a critical stage for the development of self-control capacity.Improving the ability of self-control is an important method for the socialization of infants as self-control capacity is an important part of the social adaptability.Physical activities are of paramount importance for the development of infants' self-control capacity, which is dynamic and can be intervened.Considering of these characteristics, this research examines and analyses the effect of football activities on infants' self-control ability by adopting moderate intensive physical activities within a focus group which is made up of infants from 4 to 5 years old. Conclusion:First, the four dimensions of self-control were significantly improved in the experimental group and control group, indicating that the self-control ability of children aged 4-5 years could be effectively improved by using the intervention program designed in this study.Second, the data show that the P value of self-control and its four dimensions in post-test is lower than that in mid-test,which indicates that the effect of soccer intervention designed in this study is positively related to the length of intervention.Thirdly, the structure of the content of the intervention, the rationality of the time and load of the content of the intervention directly affect the formation of the research conclusion. The intervention activity has certain applicability for the self-control ability training of the children aged 4-5 years.Recommendation:First, the results of this study showed that 15 weeks of moderate intensity football activities had a significant impact on the development of self-control ability of children aged 4-5 years, and the development of soccer activities in kindergartens had educational value.Second, the data show that the difference of post-test data is obviously higher than that of mid-test data, which indicates that the intervention of self-control ability needs a certain time, and in the follow-up study, the intervention time should be prolonged as much as possible.Third, the design of football activities needs to consider the specific situation.Through the actual operation, the selection of items and intensity needs to be in line with the actual situation of children, and make appropriate corrections.Fourth, because of the limited research conditions and less sample selection,we need to increase the sample size in the follow-up study in order to achieve better results.
