With the changing and development of football sports,the intensity of the competition is more and more big,the body against increasingly fierce,offensive and defensive conversion pace is faster and faster,the player's fitness has put forward higher requirements.Movement speed is very important for soccer movement on the one hand,with good ability of movement speed can be obtained in high strength and fast-paced game must have the advantage of time or space,also to some extent determine the outcome of the game.This research USES the experimental method and develops the strength quality as the main practice means to develop the movement speed of the special college students by combining the combination of various sports qualities.Research results:(1)through the experiment of 12 weeks,it was found that multiple sports quality combination exercises could improve the body shape of the college students and reduce the weight and body fat content(p<0.01).(2)through the experiment of 12 weeks,found that a number of sports quality combination practice to improve football students' bench press,squat,push-ups,standing long jump,vertical jump,30 seconds,10 m and 30 m sprints(p < 0.01);Improved yo-yo interval endurance test and seat body preflexion(p>0.05).(3)through the experiment of 12 weeks,it has been found that multiple sports quality combination exercises can improve the mobile speed of special college students(p<0.01).Conclusions:(1)on the performance characteristics of soccer movement speed(with and without the ball ball)analysis can clearly understand the difference between the move with the ball and move without the ball,can more effectively organize and implement training,make the choice of training methods and training means more targeted.(2)based on as the basic theory of the sports training,through the combination of multiple sports quality practice to improve special university student soccer movement ability,improve the football specialized college students' body form and physical quality.(3)based on the research of the movement speed,can improve the quality of the football college students,many sports combination practice theory of movement speed training,deepunderstanding to the sports training theory is an effective way to guide practice,is theoretical guidance for grassroots football training.
