Traditional teaching neglects students' subjectivity and differences, and it is difficult to stimulate high school students' interest in learning. It is unable to satisfy students' self-inquiry learning needs. In order to ensure the student's main status,to promote student self-learning,and to cultivate the necessary geographical literacy, teachers must not only timely adjust teaching methods and methods, reform teaching concepts, but also pay attention to considering students' different development levels and according to their actual conditions.Learning needs, set up a teaching model that adapts to each student's development.“Layered operation” is a part of the “stratified teaching” model. It classifies students according to different situations of students, enables different students to complete different geographic assignments, and students complete their own assignments according to individual circumstances,so that the geographical assignments are more targeted.Sexuality and directionality, students' autonomy have been promoted to some extent, and teachers' teaching quality has been improved. At present, education researchers and first-line teachers generally pay more attention to classroom teaching and less review of homework reform issues. The traditional operating model ignores students' individual differences and seriously affects teaching quality. Therefore, how to set the operation mode that adapts to the individual development of the students and satisfies the individual needs of the students has become a problem that should be widely concerned by the education and researcher. In order to better explore the stratification mode of work, this study used a questionnaire survey to conduct research, design questionnaires, select five high schools in Huludao City for research, and statistically analyze the results of the questionnaires to obtain a hierarchical operating model for geography teaching in high schools. The status of implementation. The survey results show that there are certain foundations for the implementation of stratification in the senior middle school. Most teachers and students have a positive attitude toward stratification. However, the current status of implementation of stratification in geography teaching in high school in Huludao City is not ideal, and teachers lack sufficient experience in stratification;teacher education and teaching concepts are obsolete;understanding of stratified operation modes is insufficient and implementation is not in place;teachers are implementing Stratified operations are separated from actual teaching situations, lack of communication with students, lack of rationality in stratification, and unreasonable evaluation of stratified operations, which leads to the implementation of stratified operation mode, and does not achieve the desired results.Based on the results of the questionnaire survey, this article summarizes the problems existing in the implementation of hierarchical teaching of geography teaching in senior high schools, and proposes methods and measures for the implementation of stratified operations in high school geography teaching, and several important points to pay attention to when setting up stratified assignments. The principle is to integrate the hierarchical operation mode into high school geography teaching to meet the individual needs of students, promote the overall development of students, and enhance the students' ability of independent learning.
