Football is the world's first sport.However,the current level of development of China's football is lagging behind.In order to change this situation,in recent years,China has vigorously promoted campus football.To effectively improve the level of football in China is one of the effective ways to improve the overall strength of China's sports,and it is also an inevitable requirement to change the backwardness of the status quo of China's football.With the continuous development of football,football technology is richer in content,and the difficulty is also increasing.In the past,sports technology teaching emphasized the teaching of students' fixed movement structure rather than the cultivation of students' learning ability and cognitive ability.How can we focus on the individual differences of students in the class collective teaching that focuses on teaching as the main feature nowadays,choose appropriate teaching methods for teaching,and improve students' comprehensive ability,learn how to learn,truly become the master of learning,and become a football technique.One of the problems that teaching needs to focus on and explore.The learning process of football technology is a special cognitive process,while metacognitive activity is an independent psychological activity that is different from general cognitive activities.Metacognitive monitoring learning emphasizes improving students' learning ability and learning efficiency from a deep level.Stimulate students' creative thinking.Therefore,the metacognitive monitoring learning theory can adapt to the characteristics of football technology learning.Based on the exploration of metacognitive monitoring learning theory,this article explores the practicality of metacognitive monitoring learning in football teaching by applying metacognitive training in football classroom teaching.This article uses the literature data method,the questionnaire survey method,the mathematical statistics method,the expert interview method,the teaching experiment method and the comparative analysis method.Through the training of students' metacognitive monitoring learning,the metacognitive monitoring learning theory is applied to the high school football special item.The experimental study of the lesson went smoothly.Use SPSS21.0 software,Excel spreadsheet to analyze the test data.The following conclusions were obtained through experiments:1.The application of metacognitive monitoring in the teaching of high school soccer special classes can significantly improve the students' level of special football skills.2.Through the implementation of metacognitive monitoring in the high school football special class,students' metacognitive monitoring ability can be significantly improved.Therefore,while affirming the implementation effect of the "metacognitive monitoring" learning theory,some suggestions were also made.It is hoped that he can play a heuristic role in the application and promotion of "metacognitive monitoring" learning theory in football classroom teaching.
