The Research Of Extracurricular Training Current Situation In Traditional Middle School Of Volleyball And Its Countermeasures In Fujian Province

Traditional Middle School of Volleyball as one of the training bases of China back-up volleyball talents could make the full use of school educational resources to discover and cultivate volleyball talents.Traditional Middle School of Volleyball comprehensively implement the Party's education policy and attract lots of students who are interested in volleyball to participate in extracurricular volleyball,which is an important for cultivating students with full development of morality,wisdom,physique and aesthetics.Middle school students with a large population as the main force of volleyball become the main part of volleyball talents reserve,so the special attention to organize volleyball training for middle school students becomes important and significant.To fully understand the current situation of Traditional Middle School of Volleyball in Fujian Province and to better promote the extracurricular volleyball training,this thesis mainly used the methods of literature material research,the questionnaire survey analysis,the expert interview,logical analysis,mathematical statistic analysis,etc.,and further to investigate and analyze all the Traditional Middle School of Volleyball who has taken part in Fujian Province Middle School Volleyball Championship 2016.With these thesis methods,to demonstrate the current situation of Fujian Traditional Middle School of Volleyball and find its existing problems,then to put forward the countermeasures in accordance with their own practical status.Based upon analysis,several main conclusions are as following: 1.The competition performance relates to the regional distribution of Traditional Middle School of Volleyball in Fujian;2.The funding resources for volleyball training is single and volleyball training venues in most schools only could meet the basic extracurricular training need;3.School leaders' attention is not enough for volleyball extracurricular training and extracurricular training management mode mainly is held directly by volleyball coach;4.The time arrangement for extracurricular training is comparatively reasonable;5.Volleyball training venues basically meet extracurricular training;6.Students only have a few opportunities to participate in the high level competition and their competition performance is not good;7.Graduates mainly enter physical education institutes or high level sports teams of colleges and universities;8.The participating students' training year mainly is from 1 to 4 years and their participating motivations appear diversified;9.Students' literacy class foundation is weak,which causes the contradictions between learning andtraining to be obvious;10.The comprehensive ability of volleyball coaches still need to be improved.The thesis put forward some suggestions aiming to the existing problems: 1.Middle schools could strive to run schools jointly with higher grade schools in order to improve volleyball abilities and cultural levels;2.Expand the channel of funding resources and properly develop paid volleyball training;3.Build corresponding rewards and punishment mechanism for headmaster and coaches;4.Actively create more competition opportunities that could bring more competition experiences to students;5.Increase training communication opportunities among volleyball coaches to improve their skill and level of extracurricular training;6.Summarize the raise patterns of some successful schools then to promote application.
