The core quality of students' development is the essential character and key ability that Chinese students should have in twenty-first Century,which can meet the needs of lifelong development and social development.The research on the development of the core literacy of the students is not only to conform to the development direction of the current world education reform,but also a powerful measure to realize the tree of Lide.It is more conducive to strengthening the influence of our education in the world.On the basis of scientific concept,national view and the view of the times as the basic points,the core literacy of Chinese students' development is summed up in three aspects:cultural foundation,social participation and independent development,which are divided into six major accomplishments: scientific spirit,healthy life,humanistic connotation and responsibility.Take responsibility,learn to learn and practice innovation.The core literacy of Chinese students has pointed out the direction for basic education,and put forward the requirements.With the cultivation of these six core qualities,the classroom teaching in our country must be correspondingly reform,so as to change the traditional teaching mode of the traditional class teaching system of teachers' active teaching and students' passive learning,and establish a multi teaching mode with the teacher as the dominant and the student as the main body.Cooperative learning helps to cultivate the core literacy of the students.It is also one of the three major learning methods advocated by the new curriculum reform.It plays an important role in cultivating students' good information literacy,cooperation ability and cooperation spirit.Adopting appropriate cooperative learning in information technology teaching helps students develop core literacy.Under the guidance of the theory of group dynamics,the theory of hierarchy of needs,the theory of constructivism and the theory of humanistic learning,according to the standards and requirements of the primary school information technology and the characteristics of the teaching content of primary school information technology,a set of cooperative learning strategies for small school information technology based on thecore literacy of the students is formulated.Including: 1.scientific and rational strategy of grouping;2.distribution of roles,clear division of labor strategy;3.strategies to arrange tasks according to local conditions;strategies of combining 4.kinds of evaluation methods;5.strategies to give full play to the role of teachers.The proposed strategy is applied to the primary school information technology classroom teaching,the purpose is to stimulate the students' interest in learning and learning enthusiasm,to improve the students' cooperative learning level,and to cultivate the students' core literacy.The research methods adopted in this study include literature research,educational experiment,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis.In this study,the validity of the previous strategy was verified by the single factor non equivalent two groups of pre and post test models,and two classes of four grades in the key primary schools in Ji'nan,Shandong Province,were selected as the experimental class and the control class,and the conventional teaching strategies were adopted in the control class.Before and after the teaching experiment,the students' cooperative learning level is measured before and after teaching,and students are observed daily in the teaching process.Finally,the experimental data are analyzed and compared,and the results are analyzed to verify the effectiveness of the cooperative learning strategy based on the core literacy of students in the primary school information technology class to improve the students' cooperative learning level.Through the quantitative analysis of the research data,the following conclusions are drawn: the primary school information technology cooperative learning strategy based on the core literacy of the student development can significantly improve the students' cooperative awareness and ability,improve the students' classroom performance and improve the quality of classroom teaching.
