Teacher feedback behavior,also known as teacher response behavior,is an important educational behavior of kindergarten teachers in educational activities,and also the basic way to realize teacher-child interaction.The feedback behavior that teachers provide for young children in PE teaching activities can not only adjust the schedule of activities in time,ensure the smooth completion of the activities,but also effectively support the active construction of children in activities and promote the all-round development of children.And the activities of teachers on the performance of children's action skills feedback behavior,but also can help children learn and master the basic movement skills,promote the development of children's movements,improve the physical fitness of children.At the same time,the teacher's feedback behavior also directly embodies the teachers 'physical education Professional level and the quality of PE teaching activities,and affects the professional development of kindergarten teachers.Based on this,three novice teachers and three proficient teachers were selected as the research objects from a park and b garden in W City.To analyze and compare the common characteristics and personality differences between novice teachers and post operative teachers 'feedback behavior in large-class physical education,and to explore the factors that affect the feedback behavior of two kinds of teachers.This paper tries to propose the commonness and individuation of the two kinds of teachers to improve their feedback behavior.This research mainly uses the literature method,the observation method,the interview method 3 kinds of research methods.It is found that there are the following common characteristics among the two kinds of teacher feedback behaviors in the class sports teaching activities:The feedback behavior takes the teacher initiative to initiate mainly,the feedback topic takes the activity rule and the child body movement as the main,the feedback object is aimed at the young child individual,the feedback manifestation mainly in the language and the movement language majority,the feedback instruction characteristic to prompt informs the main,The feedback emotion characteristic is neutral mainly;the feedback behavior of the two kinds of teachers on the performance of children's action skills has the following common characteristics:The feedback mode is mainly auditory,the feedback time is based on the delayed feedback and the simultaneous feedback,the feedback aims to evaluate the feedback and the prescription feedback mostly,the feedback is general to the action result mainly,the feedback particularity Feedback follow up behavior to "leave" mostly.In addition,the following personality differences exist between the two types of teacher feedback behaviors:There are significant differences between the two types of teachers in the feedback behavior,such as the subject,the feedback subject,the feedback object,the feedback form,the characteristic of the feedback instruction and the feedback emotion.In the aspect of teachers 'feedback behavior on the performance of children's action skills,there are significant differences between the two types of teachers mainly in the feedback mode,the feedback time,the feedback purpose and the general feedback four.The factors that influence the feedback behavior of novice teachers and proficient teachers in large class sports teaching include:Teacher factor(feedback view,physical education accomplishment,education wit,emotion input characteristic),early childhood factor(child movement level,interest of early childhood activity),activity factor(activity order and activity goal).On this basis,this study provides suggestions for improving the feedback behavior of the two kinds of teachers in the activity from four aspects,such as concept change,behavior improvement,emotion guarantee and strategy support.
