Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Junior Middle School Team Integration Construction

Junior high school is a special stage where Young Pioneers and the Communist Youth League co-exist in education.To achieve good convergence and coordinated development between the Young Pioneers and the Communist Youth League and to maximize the role of the League and the team in educating people is an important part of the development of junior high school education.The team integration is generally a concept,a direction,and a state.At present,the definition of the concept in the academic circles is not enough and clear,and the related research is still relatively lacking.In this article,the team integration is defined as "Taking the team as the main body,the team as the core,the team building the team,the team leading the team,the whole process of convergence,and the team co-prosperity" as the guiding principle,and the mutual promotion and driving development of the team organization is realized.Specifically speaking,we can proceed from the following five aspects:integration of team training goals,integration of organizational construction,integration of educational processes,integration of team activities,and integration of evaluation management mechanisms.The integration of team building in junior high school has a coordinated team-organization relationship to form an educational synergy;it reinforces the political beliefs of junior middle school teenagers;and it enhances the moral quality of junior high school youths.Therefore,junior high school team integration should become an important direction and goal of junior high school organization education.To understand the status and existing problems of the current team integration in middle schools in Wuhan,the author selected ten junior high schools in Wuhan as interview sample.After the interview investigation,it was found that the current problems in the integration construction of Wuhan junior high school team are:there is a gap in junior middle school organization education;team integration has not been fully and effectively promoted;team integration theory has insufficient support for practice;the development tendency of "heavy light team".The existence of these problems is mainly due to the constraints of test-oriented education,the pressure on students to take the test,and the lack of attention of the relevant leaders and principals.There are misunderstandings between the students and parents on the junior high school team.They believe that the Young Pioneers only exist in the primary school stage,and the teachers believe that the young pioneers of junior high school the significance is not obvious.It can be replaced by the social group organization.The school has misunderstandings about the team organization work.It does not balance and coordinate the school team work;and the central management department has not proposed the team integration work plan,and the relevant authority policy is vacant.Lack of research related to team integration,lack of team staffing and treatment,and other practical difficulties.To solve the problems existing in the integration construction of Wuhan junior high school teams,the following aspects can be improved:the adjustment of the examination-oriented education evaluation system,the addition of an assessment of student team education,the teacher team work experience and the evaluation of the first priority;changing students,Parents and teachers' ideas and concepts guide them to correctly view junior high school team organization;coordinate junior middle school team organization and evaluation management;and issue policies and guidance measures from the central government,implement pilots,provide demonstration cases,strengthen team integration theoretical research,and implement teams.Staff assignments,treatment,and other aspects to explore the feasible path for team integration.
