Purpose: To analyze the effect of the jump drop Training on the sprint technique and the muscle strength of the lower limbs through the data obtained from the teaching training experiment,and to test whether the jump drop Training can improve the performance of the sprint.Methods: By using the methods of sports biomechanics test and analysis of the muscular strength of the isokinetic segments,the experiment subjects were subjected to three-week jump drop Training experiment for two months and eight weeks in total.Each session of training time is 90 minutes,the amount of training and training intensity according to the actual situation of the subject to make adjustments.Jump drop Training mainly uses vertical diving.Pre-30 CM based on technology and mode of operation training,the appropriate use of late 90 CM for intensive training.Experiments by comparing the physical quality of athletes,kinematics and link-related indicators of muscle strength parameters for analysis.Concluded as follow:1 Jump drop Training on the 2016 track and field special class of 14 athletes physical quality and 100 meters significantly improved.The significant increase of standing long jump and in situ touch height show that jumping deep training can comprehensively improve the horizontal and vertical explosive strength of lower limbs and increase the performance of athletes.The increase of 60 m and 100 m shows that the athletes' quick reaction ability,acceleration ability,speed level and explosive force overall increase.2 Jump drop Training has certain influence on the athlete's overall kinematic characteristics.Mainly in the empty time and the reduction of single-step time,increase the distance to take off,increase the step size,speed up,so that the level of the center of gravity has significantly improved.3 Jump drop Training on athletes lower extremity kinematics parameters have a certain positive impact.After the jump training experiment,the angle of hip extension of supporter legs becomes smaller and tends to be rationalized.The angular acceleration of hip extension is obviously accelerated.The amplitude of hip flexion is increased,the angular velocity of hip flexion is increased,and the overall hip range is moved forward.Frontal plane,before the two thighs cut faster,cut the increase in amplitude;support leg knee stiffness increased,away from the corner of the knee tend to be rational,swing leg angle from the knee angle were reduced,swing leg knee fold Tight,front swing speed,knee speed increases;support leg ankle ground angle decreases,the average ankle angle is reduced when the ground is conducive to the buffer,reduce braking.4 Jump drop Training on the athlete's lower extremity to cardiac muscle strength has a certain impact.After the deep diving training,the absolute strength and explosive force of the flexors and extensors of the hip joints were significantly improved and the power of repetitive exercises was improved.The absolute strength and explosive force of knee flexors were significantly increased,the extensor muscle strength increased repeatedly,the flexor extensor muscle strength Tend to be rationalized;ankle flexor and extensor muscle function at low speed did not change much,there is a certain downward trend,but no significant difference.
