At present,competition among competitive athletes has become increasingly fierce.Athletes face a variety of stressful events.With the continuous improvement and improvement of skills and tactics,the competition between athletes is not only the competition of hardware strength,but also the competition of psychological factors.In this paper,210 athletes from a sports training center in a province were investigated using statistical methods,literature methods,questionnaires,etc.,and then the relationship between athletes' stress,coping style and self-efficacy were analyzed and discussed.The specific results are as follows:(1)There is no significant difference in the total score of the athlete's stress in terms of gender,level of exercise,main and non-primary factors.In terms of specific dimensions(interpersonal relationships,sports injuries,loss of competition,environmental factors,daily life encounters,and internal and external pressures),only the interpersonal relationships have significant differences in gender factors;sports injuries have significant differences in sports grade factors;(2)There is no significant difference in the athletes' coping style between gender and sports level factors.The main players use more methods to solve problems and deal with emotions than non-main players.(3)The athletes' self-efficacy has no significant difference in gender and sports grade factors,and there are significant differences between the main and non-primary factors.(4)Athletes' stress,coping style and self-efficacy are closely related.(5)The direct effect of the athlete's self-efficacy on stress is-0.32;the indirect effect generated by the coping style is-0.10.
