The paper focuses on the characteristics and shortcomings of the current farmer health communication,and tries to further clarify and refine some fuzzy issues related to this field.As an audience,what kind of communication channels and media do farmers often contact? What kind of communication is most needed when you are exposed to these media and health information? In terms of the effectiveness of information receiving,which mode of transmission can best improve the information value of health transmission? What is holding them back in their efforts to improve their health literacy and their health? This series of questions need to be studied urgently.Therefore,this study analyzes the health communication of farmers from the perspective of knowledge sociology,and uses typical public health events as research cases,such as "AIDS","SARS" and "Transgenic technology".In this paper,three aspects are analyzed,including topic selection,discourse order and media knowledge reproduction.Through to the issues distribution and intellectual property,competition and word order,the analysis on the level of knowledge reproduction and other mass media,this paper discusses how to through the media issues set and competition definition and construction of health communication,affect public perception and understanding.Through field investigation and questionnaire survey,deep study the development of the health communication in rural region and rural residents of health communication channel usage,health communication content,the effect of health communication.According to the key contents of knowledge sociology,from the perspective of media production knowledge and discourse construction,put forward to improve rural residents health communication optimization strategy of health literacy.
