The effect of teaching reflection not only directly affects the improvement of teaching quality,but also affects the professional development of teachers.However,at present,our country middle school young teacher's teaching reflection present situation is not optimistic,so it is urgent to study and improve them.This research takes the middle school young teacher's teaching reflection as the research topic,rooted in teaching practice,for the action research on Hainan Province Middle School young teachers ' teaching reflection,in order to put forward the practice and the operation of a strong teaching reflection improvement strategy,it provides theoretical knowledge and practical reference for promoting the professional development of young teachers in middle schools.The main contents of this study are as follows,the introduction part mainly expounds the background,significance,methods and literature review of teaching reflection,which is the prerequisite of this study.The first part defines and clarifies the core concept of this research,and then expounds the research aim and specific research design,which is the basis of this research.The second part investigates and analyzes the current situation of Hainan Province Middle School young teachers ' teaching reflection through questionnaires and interviews,which provides practical basis and practical reference for the following rounds of action research.The third to the fifth part of this study is the most important,that is,in the teaching practice to carry out the reflection of the teaching of the action research: based on teaching to reflect on the reality of the problem,to formulate a plan to solve the problem,implementation plan,and then carry out the activities of summary and reflection;On this basis,revise the plan,then implement the plan,and then So the circulation of the round,true depth of the practice of reflection of teaching ecology,for the analysis of young teachers in secondary school teaching reflection on the impact factors and improve the strategy to provide practical reference.The sixth part is based on the research of the action of the Tricycle,analyzes the main influencing factors of young teachers ' teaching reflection: Teachers ' professional belief and role adherence,teachers ' professional quality and education theory,teachers ' teaching reflection attitude and consciousness,the actual operation and level of teachers ' teaching reflection,Thesupervision of teaching reflection and the guidance and guidance of policy design and evaluation system of middle school examination.Part seventh is based on the above research,this paper analyzes and sums up the effective and operational strategies for improving the teaching of young teachers in middle school: that is,to strengthen teachers ' teaching motivation,to improve the consciousness and initiative of teaching reflection,to strengthen the study of teaching reflection theory,to guide teaching reflection practice by theory,and to enhance the consciousness of teachers ' reflection Correct the attitude of teaching reflection,broaden the content of teaching reflection,promote the rationality of teaching reflection,set up the teaching reflection team platform,expand the teaching reflection mode,strengthen the practice research of teaching reflection,improve the effectiveness of reflection,strengthen the construction of educational management system,and improve the supervision of teaching reflection.
