Adaptive Research Between Service Sector Specialties Setup Of Guangzhou Municipal Higher Vocational Colleges And The Develop Ment Of Service Industry

Since Guangzhou is the provincial capital of Guangdong province,the service industry has rapid development,which have a great influence on major setting in vocational college.Base on this trend,this paper select service occupations of Guangzhou municipal higher vocational colleges as research object.Take the law of the external and internal relations of higher education and the Pareto Optimum as theoretical base to analyze the correlation between the service occupations' setup and the development of service industry.Moreover,document study,investigation,systematical analysis and statistical analysis methods are utilized in understanding the status quo of service occupations' setup and service industry in Guangzhou to conclude characteristics and reasons.In view of previous analysis,this paper analyzes adaptability between service occupations' setup and service industry in Guangzhou from several aspects.And finally put forward some suggestions.By analyzing the quantity of service occupations' setup and enrollment plan from 2013 to 2017,it is found that the four municipal higher vocational colleges have some characters in service occupations' setup,such as wind coverage of category,distinctive characteristics of each school,huge differences of inner structure.After expounding these features,this paper tries to analyze the cause of these features.Through analyzing the developing scale and the inner structure of service industry of Guangzhou,some fetures of service industry are found.They are as follows.Firsrt of all,service industry has great economic contributions and takes a supprting role in economic developement.Secondly,inner structures are imbalance,traditional service industry has obivious superiority.Thirdly,inner structural hierarchy is in low-grade,and new services are at a disadvantage.Combining with the previous analysis,this paper makes an adaptive analysis of service occupations' setup and service industry of Guangzhou.The result is that they are incompatible.And their inadaptability is shown in the structure mismatch between service occupations' setup and service inner structure,high repetion rate of specialty setup which will weaken school-running features,insufficiency setup of social service specialty which will talents training structural imbalance.All in all,the paper also provides some measures to improve the adaptability.For the common problems:the government should strengthen macro-control and administration of major construction;colleges should highlight professional features so as to ensure the quality of specialty construction.;build brands of social service to promote the quality of specialty construction.For each school,the paper also puts forward some optimizing strategy.
