Study On The Management Of Patients With Severe Mental Disorders

With the continuous deepening of China's reforms,social affairs have become increasingly complex,and various social issues have emerged continuously.The Party and the government propose to form a social governance structure for joint construction and sharing,and social affairs management is faced with fundamental changes to help disadvantaged groups and other people solve their problems.The problem is one of the topics of social governance.Patients with severe mental disorders are undoubtedly disadvantaged groups and have suffered tremendous physical and mental stress.On the other hand,after the occurrence of disturbance,it also affects the stability of public security.It is very urgent and necessary to carry out work from the two aspects of rehabilitation assistance,prevention and control of disturbance.However,compared with the rich practice and research results of rehabilitation assistance,there is a strong homogeneity in the mechanisms of disturbance prevention and control in China.The study of the specific operation of the mechanism is still relatively lacking.This study describes the phenomenon of prevention and control of serious mental disorders and prevention of disturbance,understands the difficulties existing in the existing control and control mechanisms,and explores the possibility of multi-governance entities collaborating in the prevention and control of disasters,disaster control,and rehabilitation assistance.This research takes the system ecological perspective as the theoretical framework for the study,selects the X city's prevention and control unit as the research case,uses interviews and literature to collect research data,conducts research on the management personnel of the public security organ's management and control system.It finds that:1.The current management and control mechanism has a foothold to prevent disturbances.The main force is the public police station,and the main means is to restrict patient activities to families and communities in the form of control;2.The problems in the control work are mainly due to the lack of convergence and linkage between the management and control subjects,and the incompatibility of patient and family control measures;3.The cause of the problem is that the internal mechanism is not synchronized with multiple management,lack of sharing,"management" and "help" don't harmonize,and the guardian's burden on the outside of the mechanism,resistance to administrative power,and escaping from the"regulated" tendency;4.The short-term improvement of the management and control work can be achieved through the establishment of specialized agencies,the establishment of information sharing platforms,and the improvement of the degree of coordination between the management and control entities;the long-term improvement of the management and control work can be achieved through the help of community work in social work.The significance of this study is to find out from the bottom-up perspective,starting from the relevant personnel,to find out the actual difficulties and problems in the current prevention and control of serious mental disorders,and to find out the cause of the problem.The policy of responding to this problem is to find out more about the possibility of other governance entities involved in the management and control mechanisms,such as social work,and to provide new ideas for solving the problems of serious mental disorders.The insufficiency of this study lies in the application of systematic ecological theory analysis to demonstrate that the management and control mechanisms are not flexible enough in the micro,meso,and macro systems.The research objects are limited to police officers,there are deficiencies in the preparation of interview outlines,data collection and coding.There may be limitations and biases when considering countermeasures.This study is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction part,describes the background of the research problem,and clearly studies the problem and its significance.The research question is:(1)What is the operating status of the anti-accident prevention and control system of X city?What are the difficulties?(2)What is the cause of the problem of the control and control mechanism for the disturbance prevention in X City?What is the possible space for social work participation?The second chapter reviews the literature review,introduces the basic concepts,and sorts out research literature on social governance,community rehabilitation for people with mental disorders,management of patients with severe mental disorders,and community-based interventions for mental disorders,summarizes existing research implications and existing insufficient;The third chapter is the research design,introduces the evolution,content and main concepts of the ecosystem theory as the theoretical framework of this research,and describes the research methods,research cases,research objects and research data collection methods used in this study.The research object of this study is the civilian police of the police station at the grassroots level in the X city public security organ.The research method used is the case study method.The fourth chapter studies the findings and analyzes the current situation and problems faced by the current accident control system in X city.The fifth chapter is for the research and discussion,analyzes the institutional reasons for the current problems in the management and control mechanism of accidents and disasters,and explores the possibility of optimizing the internal and external mechanisms.The sixth chapter summarizes the findings and limitations of the study and summarizes the conclusions and existing deficiencies.
