Based on the PISA theory,this paper constructs a mathematical learning quality evaluation model and evaluation index.Through the investigation of the background information questionnaire of the students of the three secondary schools in xining city,and combining the results of the study of the class and the final mathematics of the next semester,using the computer statistical software(SPSS 20.0)to carry out the concentration,variance,correlation,significant influence of the original data and the analysis of the main components and linear regression,the main conclusion is that:1?Among the nine indicators of the evaluation of mathematics learning quality,the best performance is the communication and cooperation between students and peers,followed by the learning and control strategies and the application of the strategy of memory.The worst performance is the use of learning resources,followed by the use of elaborate strategies,and again the knowledge transfer.All the indicators are basically normal distribution.2?The indicators that have significant influence on mathematical performance include: learning participation,communication cooperation,reflection and innovation;However,the memory strategy,the delicate strategy,the learning control strategy,the knowledge transfer and the utilization of learning resources have no significant influence on the mathematics achievement.The regression equation of mathematical achievement is: mathematics achievement =0.506 x communication cooperation+0.431 x study participation.3?Indexes of knowledge transfer have significant impact: learning engagement,memory strategy,refined strategies,learning and control strategies,communication and cooperation,reflection and innovation;However,there are some indexes that have no significant influence on it: the utilization of learning resources and themathematics results.The regression equation of knowledge transfer is:knowledge transfer =0.480 x refinement strategy +0.405 x communication cooperation.4? The indicators that have significant influence on reflection and innovation include: learning participation,memory strategy,refined strategy,learning and control strategy,communication and cooperation,knowledge transfer,and mathematical achievements;The indicators that have no significant influence on it are the utilization of learning resources.The regression equation of reflection and innovation is:reflection and innovation =0.415 x learning engagement +0.287 x memory strategy+0.243 x communication cooperation.5?Through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,all students in ninth grade are in the middle level of mathematics learning literacy;At the same time,the membership function and fuzzy integral are used to give an evaluation model of individual mathematics learning quality.
