Investigation And Research On The Status Quo Of After-Class Physical Training In Colleges And Universities In Suzhou Industrial Park

Young people are strong in the country while young people are strong in the country.Young students are the future of the motherland.The physical constitution of adolescents is related to the overall situation of socialist modernization.Physical training in school is an integral part of school sports.It is an indispensable part of the development of campus sports in our country.It is also an effective way for the country to improve students' physical fitness.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the current situation of college students' after-class physical exercise.In this paper,350 questionnaires were distributed to five universities and colleges in Suzhou Industrial Park using documentary data,questionnaires,interviews,and mathematical statistics.The questionnaire survey data were processed statistically to investigate the situation of extracurricular sports activities of five college students in Suzhou Industrial Park.Analyze and study to find out the factors that affect college students to participate in after-school physical exercise.Through the study,the following conclusions are drawn:1.All students in colleges and universities in Suzhou Industrial Park can participate in the after-school physical exercise to varying degrees.At the same time,there is a certain degree of understanding of after-school physical activity but it is not very comprehensive and profound.It does not fully emphasize the importance of physical exercise after class.2.The places where college students in Suzhou Industrial Park participate in extracurricular physical exercise are mainly concentrated in free venues on campus.The fee collection venues in schools largely prevent students from participating in the extensiveness of after-school physical exercise programs.3.The attitude of college students in Suzhou Industrial Park for participating in physical exercise after class is positive.Among them,boys are more active than girls.4.The results of the investigation on the participation of after-school physical exercise programs in Suzhou Industrial Park show that students are more involved in traditional projects,and new projects such as badminton and aerobics are also rapidly emerging and can basically meet the needs of students' after-school physical exercise.5.The highest proportion of college students in Suzhou Industrial Park for choosing after-school sports training is free places on campus,followed by dormitory areas,on-campus fee collection venues,non-fixed,off-campus free venues,and other places.The school's fee-paying venues account for 11.42%.It also shows that students' perceptions of changes in sports consumption and their awareness of physical exercise have become more comprehensive.6.Students' understanding of injury protection in sports is not enough,and knowledge of sports injury protection should be strengthened and medical supervision should be strengthened.7.After-school physical exercise has become an indispensable part of the extracurricular life of college students in Suzhou Industrial Park,but there are still many factors that restrict the development of after-school physical exercise.The main factors are that some sports venues that attract students need to be charged,lack of organization and correct management mode,the development of the Internet makes the students' after-school time and interest transfer,and schools lack the promotion and promotion of after-school physical exercise.In response to the problems existing in colleges and universities in Suzhou Industrial Park,the article proposes the following countermeasures: seize the opportunity,grasp the current good social conditions and political ecology,and develop after-school physical exercise;strengthen the linkage and cooperation with surrounding schools and sports industry demonstration bases,and increase the number of schools Inter-exchange competition;strengthen branding,carry out sports and cultural festivals,and start branding;strengthen branding,carry out sports and cultural festivals,and start branding.
