Research Of Decision Support And Data Analysis Based On Campus Ic Card System

The popularization of the campus IC card system has ended the traditional consumption patterns of campus and standardized the school management,bringing great convenience to the campus life of teachers and students.The campus IC card has become an indispensable part of the digital campus.The data of our campus IC card has only achieved records and display.But,decision-making applications extended by those data are very lack.There are two reasons for the scarcity of data analysis and relevant decision-making research literature.One reason is confidentiality and limitations of campus card data sources such as the lack of access to data of other schools.And the other is the lack of data researchers for campus card scenarios.Taking Beijing University of Chemical Technology for example,the school's campus IC card system will produce about 170,000 pieces of data each day,which contains more than 80,000 pieces consumption data,according to statistics.If the query is made directly with SQL statements,the efficiency is extremely low.In order to improve the efficiency of data query processing,this paper used massive data cleaning and integration technology,advances a new kind of agile campus card analysis method which based on knowledge discovery technology.This method improves the query efficiency by generating an agile application database,realized the leap from the design concept to the practical application of the campus IC card application system.In addition,this paper adopts an improved FP-growth algorithm to mine user behavior patterns,uses nonlinear regression method to predict school cafeteria peaks and provides personalized recommendation services for teachers and students based on the school WeChat enterprise number.On the other hand,it can generates the trajectory of the user's consumption behavior and judges whether the student is in school or not according to analyze the behavior data of campus IC card users.An early warning message is sent through the WeChat company number if the student is absent for a long time.
