With the continuous development of the modern society and informatization progress,body building exercise also got further popularization and development of the people for bodybuilding is more and more love,the campaign by more people.Group after group of bodybuilding through participating in various levels of bodybuilding competition to prove himself,in order to achieve excellent results,they began to pay attention to their body and body shop changes as well as the change of the size and record down,and then the method to adjust the training to achieve the effect of half the effort.Man bodybuilder body shape indicators include: height length,circumference,sebum thickness and body composition,length height index including player's height,sitting height,upper limb and lower limb long,etc.Circumference refers to the body circumference measurement index of bodybuilding athlete's neck,shoulder,waist,buttocks,upper arm,forearm,thigh,calf,etc.Mm is the referee according to the evaluation principle for athletes muscle lines,a preliminary evaluation of body shape is so strong and handsome have strict requirements on the athletes' body shape of a project,with the progress of era,the development of science and technology man bodybuilder combined with advanced technology,adhere to the scientific system of training and long-term dietary nutrition intervention,gradually emerged more and more high level of outstanding bodybuilder.In Shanxi Province as an example to carry out the not equal level man athlete of fitness in China study body configuration index of diversity,have summed up the man bodybuilder scientific training methods,for the Shanxi Province outstanding man bodybuilder selection and training to provide theoretical support.This research USES the literature material method,the anthropometric method,mathematical statistics method,analysis method,combining with the men's bodybuilding grading rules for the 2010 national sports meeting 60 mm bodybuilding championships in Shanxi Province in 2017,65,70,75,80,80 + and veterans groups at all levels of six male bodybuilder before the body shape indicators measure and carries on the comparative study,analysis the following conclusions:(1)In addition to the 80+ and elder group,shanxi bodybuilding championship athlete's Mr Index than the national sports meeting bodybuilder Mr Index is low,and athletes,Mr Index than the standard deviation of the national sports meeting bodybuilder,Mr Index standard deviation is large,bodybuilding championships in shanxi athlete muscle mass,body shape symmetry degree is inferior to the national sports meeting,there is a big gap.(2)As a whole,the measurement values of the athletes of the bodybuilding championships in Shanxi Province are smaller than that of the athletes of the national sports conference.(3)The gold division value of the athletes in the national sports conference is closer to the ideal body proportion than the golden ratio of the athletes in the shanxi provincial bodybuilding championships.(4)The national sports conference champion,1-6 players waist index than bodybuilding championship in Shanxi Province and 1-6 of the index is low,that is not a high level performance better athletes were lower than the level of the athletes,high level of bodybuilders still exists the lack of training.(5)In different grades at all levels mm,champion of Mr Index as a whole is higher than 1-6,but still some level champion Mr Index is lower than that of the 1-6,the phenomenon that strong and handsome game result is the result of joint action by all aspects of multiple factors,in addition to the athletes muscle physical training at ordinary times,scientific and rational dietary nutrition,have the guidance of the coaches and athletes selecting the competition,athletes mental ability as well as the referees judge,stage performance and the choice of music,the modelling,the clothing and so on various aspects factors.
