The Feasibility Study Of Juvenile Football Amateur Training In The Physical Education Department Of Kunming University

The reflection on our youth football training mileage does not accord with the laws of teenagers' physical and mental development.The training of violation of the law of motion often happens around us,which seriously restricts the development of Chinese football and the improvement of its overall level.One of the important reasons for the training is that the content and concept of teenage football training have not been substantially improved in recent decades.In professional and amateur training,backward or wrong training still dominates the training of young people.Today,football talents rely on a discipline is not able to achieve the goal of talent training.More disciplines need the participation and efforts of the government and society,looking at problems from different perspectives,and gradually establishing a multi angle training system to better meet the needs of personnel training.In this study,the establishment of multi angle training system of the spirit,to promote all-round development of athletes "principle,using expert interviews,questionnaire survey,literature,field surveys and other research methods,the basic situation of Kunming and comparative research of the current youth football training present situation,find out the problem.In the feasibility study,starting from the macro and micro environment,from the legal,economic and comprehensive analysis of macro environment,education environment,natural conditions,cultural atmosphere,the micro environment analysis from the supply side and the demand side,young students,parents and coaches,including a few two factors,the specific research results the following:The popularity of Kunming city youth football amateur training rate is not high,no joint training schools,amateur training institutions are not standardized,the survey found,the campus football activities,while setting up most of the school physical education teaching content of football,but football teachers less,lack of space,lack of class football and other factors,most of the school football course not meet the needs of students.Kunming macro environment,natural conditions,transportation facilities,economic environment,cultural environment and legal environment of sports,has provided favorable external conditions for the development of youth football amateur training market.In this study,the supply of the coaches have higher educational background,higher willingness to participate in training and guidance,more reasonable salary requirements,youth football amateur training has enough coach sources,but the coaches lack of coaching experience.There are a large number of football venues and training facilities in Kunming colleges and universities,which provide ample field resources for amateur sports training of young football players in Colleges and universities in Kunming.As the demand side,students have a high enthusiasm for football,willing to participate in training for investigation group of 37.2%,the highest rate in primary school,a few girls are willing to participate in.The training time is mainly in the afternoon,after school,weekend and holidays also occupy a certain proportion.The main motivation to participate in physical exercise is exercise and entertainment,and the support of parents and teachers plays a very important role in participating in training.Parents are very supportive of children taking part in physical exercises,and they occupy a large proportion in football.They are willing to let their children participate in football training,61.6% of the survey group was supported by amateur football training in the sports departments of colleges and Universities,accounting for23.2% of the survey group,willing to pay a certain fee,the training site is mainly inclined to the home near.Whether parents influence children's willingness to learn is very important in considering the factors that influence adolescents' participation in training.Because of the large population base of primary and secondary school students in Kunming,under the strong support of their parents,teenagers amateur football training has a certain scale of consumer groups and consumer demand.Through quantitative analysis,Kunming youth football amateur training has a good market prospect.In short,from the macro environment and micro environment survey results,it is feasible to carry out amateur football training for college sports major in Kunming.
