Expert teacher's Workshop,supported by the education administrative department,is a teacher learning community which is led by the expert teachers and all of teachers participate in the community.Through organizing multi-channel online and offline research activities,the workshop shares education concept,constructs teaching resources,and opens up new paths for professional development of on-the-job teachers.Through the analysis of the factors of teacher learning community theory and combining the theory and the actual operation of workshop,this paper tries starting from the research perspective of teacher learning community to broke the past single study form of Expert teacher's Workshop.The research consists of five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly focuses on the research background,purpose and significance,and explains the research object,ideas and methods.The second chapter is the theoretical basis of the research.By analyzing the related literatures,this paper extracted the five core elements of teacher learning community as the basis of empirical research: "Sharing vision","Common leadership","Support conditions","Collective learning and application" and "Share and exchange".In the third chapter,the author introduces the main research object,“Zhejiang Expert teacher's Workshop",and its typical cases,and analyzes the form of teacher training in the workshop.The fourth chapter is the part of empirical analysis of the research,the author conducted a questionnaire survey on the leaders and members of Zhejiang Expert teacher's Workshop and conducted a multi-dimensional descriptive statistics and difference analysis using SPSS 24.0.In the fifth chapter,on the basis of interview and data analysis,this paper analyzes the problems and the causes existing in the five dimensions of the workshop in constructing teachers' learning community,and puts forward some solutions.Through the above contents,the author puts forward the "Five-dimension construction Strategy" to promote the development of Expert teacher's Workshop: First,"share the vision of co-development,and promote the development of teachers".The development of the members requires clear objectives and guidance,and the establishment of common vision can effectively stimulate the potential learning motivation of teachers.Second,"implement democratic strategy and achieve common leadership".The workshop's leader should consciously cultivate the leadership of the members,create a harmonious and equal learning atmosphere,and give the members the opportunity to express their opinions and show their talents.Third,"increase investment,and provide strong support".Education administrative departments and schools should provide strong support for the construction of the workshop,so as to ensure the operating expenses,manpower,time and other supporting factors.Fourth,"enrich the learning form and attach importance to using knowledge".The workshop should carry out the communication and research activities of teachers with rich contents and various forms,and pay attention to the accumulation and transformation of teacher knowledge.Fifth,"optimize the structure of resources and enhance communication among members".The workshop should optimize the resources of the platform,ensure the quality and quantity of resources,and strengthen the communication and collaboration between the workshops,so as to promote the professional development of teachers and optimize the construction of teachers.
