Aerobics is a skill leading class that shows the difficult beauty,and the strength quality is the core of the basic quality required by aerobics.Because of the large hip,narrow shoulder girdle and short lever,girls are hard to develop their physiological strength and women's muscle strength is less than that of men. With the constant development of the aerobics program and the continuous improvement of competitive sports level,the requirements for girls strength and quality have gradually increased.but the existing training methods and means cannot fully meet the development needs of strength training,so it is urgent to improve the strength quality of female students safely and effectively.Through the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview and teaching experiment,this paper makes an experimental study on the influence of elastic band training on the strength quality of aerobics girls in college P.E.majors.The main findings are as follows:1.at present,the general quality of aerobics girl's strength training in physical education majors in universities is not high.the training means and methods are single,the auxiliary training equipment is few,the girl student thought rejects the strength quality training and so on,which results in they lack strength training and low training effect.2.the elastic band training has significantly improved trunk strength and the lower limbs strength.30-second hanging leg raises,30-second straight backs,30-second push-up backs,standing long jumps,15 semi-swift kicks,and a single foot standing up,these six indicators have very significant differences before and after the experiment.3.the elastic band training does not have obvious effect on the upper limb strength,and there is no significant difference before and after the 30-second push-up test.Perhaps there is no significant difference for upper limb strength training and lack of load intensity.4.The training of elastic band can improve the special skills of girls.There were significant differences in the results of 15-second pike jump and 15-second tuck jump in 2 indexes.
