Objective: Through the comparative analysis of the exercise habits of junior high school girls and non exercise habits of junior high school girls in the characteristics of the natural state of the lower extremity kinematics and walking plantar pressureof significantdifferences,Through the analysis of the results will be further combined with the data,the theory and practice of students,thus providing a theoretical basis for the cultivation of students' physical exercise habits.At present,the relevant research and analysis about the exercise habits of junior high school girls biomechanical characteristics of the of lower limb gait is relatively lacking.Natural walking is one of the most basic movements of human body,because of its universality,periodicity and integrity.Therefore,this study explored the effects of exercise habits on the significant differenceofgaitbiomechanicsinjuniorhighschoolgirlswithnaturalwalkingasawayofmovementMethods: This study is based on gai biomechanical parameters of as the index,the participating subjects are junior middle school students,without history of lower extremity injury or foot disease in the past half year,experiments were conducted in a barefootstate.This study takes 12 healthy juniorhigh school girls as the experimental group,12 healthy non exercise habits of juniorhigh schoolgirls as control group,the subjects ofthe rightlower limb as the testdata collected,and analyzedwhetherthereweredifferencesbetweenthetwogroupsofgaitbiomechanicalparameters.Kinematicsexperiment:usingVicon 3D motion capturing system to collect and analyze kinematics during normal walking of right lower extremity kinematic data,with frequency at 200 HZ.Dynamic experiment: the plantar pressure changes of the subjects in the natural process of walking were tested with the German Novel Emed plantar pressure test plate.The statistical data were analyzed bySPSS20.0software,thesignificancelevelwassetat0.05.Results: The experimental group has the exercise habit of walking barefoot natural condition,hip flexion,abduction adduction and internal and external rotation angle were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);The internal and external rotation angles of the knee joint in the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);The peak angle of experimental group ankle plantarflexion and eversion was greater than that of the control group.The maximum pressure of the experimental group in medial forefoot area(MF),central forefoot area(CF)and lateral forefoot(LF)was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05),The maximum pressure in the lateral midfootregion(LM),themedial rearfootarea(MR)andthe lateralrearfoot(LR)weresignificantlygreaterthanthosein the control group(P<0.05);The experimental group of exercise habit was in the central forefoot area(CF),medial midfoot(MM),lateral midfoot(LM),medial rearfoot area(MR)and the lateral rearfoot area(LR)of the peak pressure index decreased significantly(P<0.05);The exercise habit in the lateral forefoot(LF),medial rearfoot area(MR)and the lateral rearfoot(LR)wasgreaterinthepressuretimeintegralthaninthenonexercisehabitcontrolgroup.Conclusions and Implications:Exercisehabithas a greaterinfluence onthe kinematics ofthe lowerlimb,hip,kneeand ankle joint.The main manifestations are hip flexion,abduction,adduction and internal rotation and external rotation,and internal rotation and external rotation of the knee,and obvious plantarflexion and eversion of the ankle joint;Combined with plantar pressure test results were analyzed,Long term exercise habits increase the maximum pressure on the medial forefoot,the central forefoot,the lateral forefoot,the lateral midfoot,the medial rearfoot,and the lateral rearfoot region,At the same time,the pressure time integral ofthe lateral forefoot,the medialrearfoot region,and the lateral rearfoot region will also increase.Advise people to proceed from their own body according to the actual situation,different body anatomy and physiology characteristics of scientific physical exercise;dynamic role of each joint activities,participate in sports,avoidsedentarylifestyle,forminggoodexercisehabits,cultivatingtheconsciousnessoflifelongsportsisgood.
