The general high school biology curriculum standard(2017 Edition)points out that learning the content of "Genetics and evolution" is helpful for students to understand the continuity and development of life,to understand the biological and biological diversity,to form the viewpoint of biological evolution and to set up a correct view of nature.The module of inheritance and evolution contains two parts: "heredity" and "evolution".Genetics at the core of biological genetics and mutation is the core subject of life science,and is also the most rapidly developing and widely influenced frontier discipline in life science.Through relevant literature reading,we can see that high school students at home and abroad generally have difficulties in learning the contents of genetics.Therefore,the author uses the questionnaire survey method and the paper analysis method to investigate the knowledge difficulties and difficulties of "Genetics" in Tongren middle school sophomore year.And from the knowledge points,teachers,students,teaching materials,society and other aspects,the causes of students' genetic learning difficulties are analyzed.According to the author's practical investigation,we know that the molecular basis of genetics is the most difficult point of knowledge for students to learn,followed by biological variation,the genetic basis of the cell and the basic law of heredity.Human genetic diseases are universally recognized by students as the easiest to learn.The reasons for the students' learning difficulties are the lack of interest in the students,the lack of good learning habits and scientific methods,the lack of interest in the study of the students,the low rate of opening the biology experiment,the insufficient analysis of the teaching materials,the insufficient attention to the basic knowledge,the lack of ability training,the microcosmic nature of the knowledge point of the genetics department and the biology subject.It is not enough to pay attention to the exam oriented education.
