Three courses are offered in Chinese subject at the Students of Secondary Normal School.That is,reading and writing,oral class and infant literature.Reading and writing,and oral class are offered in Grade One and Grade Two.Infant literature is offered in Grade Three because is a professional required course.The aim of Students of Secondary Normal School is to cultivate qualified preschool teachers.Therefore,the infant literature course plays an important task to consolidate the language foundation of students.The infant literature becomes a foundation for their future work in kindergartens.Facing the high quality demand for preschool teachers and students with poor foundation,the situation of infant literature teaching is not good,which makes it more difficult to cultivate infant literature quality.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the literature quality of vocational students.Reviewing the research literature on cultivating the infant literature quality in kindergarten teacher training schools and kindergarten teachers' infant literature quality,the author found that researches on infant literature quality were not much more.Moreover,most of the papers are the summary of the experience of first-line teachers and master's theses and doctoral theses are small.So the author used questionnaire and case study to improve the infant literature quality of kindergarten teachers systematically from the teaching of infant literature in students of secondary normal school in city A so as to seek theoretical support and practical guidance for the infant literature quality.The thesis is divided into the following parts:The first part elaborates the source and significance of the study,literature review,research methods,and introduces the topic of "cultivatinginfant literature quality of secondary vocation school".The second part discusses the problems and causes in the cultivation of student's literature quality in Students of Secondary Normal School in city A Through surveying the situation of infant literature teaching in Students of Secondary Normal School in city A,the author found that infant literature course existed problems in basic knowledge,reading and speaking,appreciating and creating,organizing the teaching and evaluation.Therefore,the reasons behind the problems were analyzed from four aspects: autonomy,reading purpose,innovation and practice.In the third part,based on the above,combining with my own teaching practice,the author tries to make suggestions to enrich the literature quality of students in secondary vocation school.It is mainly based on the following five aspects: First,consolidate the basic theoretical knowledge.Second,improve reading and presentation skills.Third,improve the ability of adaptation and creation.Fourth,design teaching activity plan carefully.Fifth,perfect the evaluation mechanism.The author hopes to find an effective teaching measure for infant literature teaching to transfer the inner infant literature quality into a kind of excellent education skills,and lay a solid foundation for the teaching in kindergarten.
