campus culture of higher education is an important part of the advanced socialist culture and the construction of campus culture will promote the reform of education.Meanwhile while,The campus culture can combine physical al education with moral education and aesthetic education.Organize extracurricular sports activities and competitions by setting up competitive and body-building sports in which students are interested and easily participate,support colleges and departments to organize sports competitions in schools,and pay attention to training students' special sports skills.Taking full advantage of the model role of excellent sports students,the colleges should organize student sports teamsto carry out after-school training scientifically and participate in sports competitions organized by the education and sports departments to strengthen the construction of sports culture in campus and promote the inheritance and innovation of excellent sports culture.The author investigated and analyzed the influence of CUBA sunshine group on sports culture and team construction and other factors in colleges and universities of Inner Mongolia Autonomous region,providing the theory basis for the competition events administrative departments of universities in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region.The paper adopts the methods of literature review,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other research methods,with the analysis of Inner Mongolia Autonomous region CUBA Sunshine Group participation,college leaders,coaches,athletes,umpires,competition system,campus sports culture,basketball court and facilities,funds and other existing mechanisms.Conclusions and suggestions are drawn from the investigation results.The results show that:1 The colleges should improve the management and training of teams.On the management level,set up a system of coach to be responsible for his duty,and increase the number of assistant coaches.On the training level,improve the professionalism of coaches by learning basketball knowledge and opening a wide range of ways,such as sending out coaches to learn knowledge,inculcating new basketball concepts into players‘ minds to optimize knowledge structure and increase etheir knowledge.2 Recruitmore students who like basketball except for existing team players,and establish a selection mechanism for players with loose institutional system and financial backing to create a relaxed competitive environment for the members of the CUBA Sunshine Group,so that they can participate competition without anxiety,and win honors on behalf of the school.3 The colleges should improve the existing competition mechanism and hold more high-level competitions,to offer moreopportunities for players to participate in the competition and expand the number of participants from one to two or more so that college members will have the opportunity to participate in national level competitions and increase their knowledge and experience.4 The ways to shape campus cultural brand are as follows: Firstly construction of publicity network facilities such as the Internet,newspapers and magazines must be on the agenda and full network coverage need be well realized.Secondly specific training should be strengthened to make relevant faculty more professional.Lastly,the Internet publicity associations in university should be established as the window to assimilate campus culture thus preparations like students management and information collection would be well made through propaganda department.5 The university also holds campus culture festivals and “culture month” to develop campus sports and cultural activities.In this way,there are fixed exercise period of teachers and students so that they can make enoughpreparations to participate in the sports events.As a leader in this field,CUBA only promotes the development of sports events in the universities and colleges through taking part in the League;consequently shaping famous university cultural brand and having good publicity effects.6 The school will increase economic investment,guarantee the logistic work of the teams,broaden the channels for raising funds,and establish a system of mechanisms such as alumni feeding and social capital investment.The daily maintenance of stadiums and gymnasiums should be supported by physical education,and sports equipment and facilities should be added.7 The aim of CUBA Basketball League is to train students in all directions.Basketball occupies a very important strategic position in the construction of school sports culture and it is an important part of school sports culture construction.Let it become the characteristics and scenery of colleges and encourage the cohesion and creativity of colleges,promote the influence of CUBA basketball league in the construction of physical culture in the school,cultivate the maturity of students' various qualities,and cultivate students to bear the responsibility.The concept of fair competition and the spirit of teamwork have attracted the attention of leaders and the outside world to the CUBA
