In order to further promote the development of society,and construct the education,in recent years,the state has promulgated and implemented the " opinions on further promotion of professional degree graduate training mode reform " and " the promotion plan about higher school innovation ability "(hereinafter referred to as the "2011 plan")and "integration promote the world-class universities and disciplines overall plan",a series of strategic measures' goal is to give full play to the higher school's advantages of multi subject and multi function,actively combined domestic and foreign innovation power,effective integration of innovation resources,build collaborative innovation new mode and new mechanism,conducive to the formation of collaborative innovation culture.The cooperative training of graduate students is a new educational idea and model to meet the needs of social development.Through the comprehensive utilization of other science and education resources,such as universities,enterprises and scientific research institutes at home and abroad,the academic and comprehensive ability of graduate students is cultivated.The aim is to cultivate the high level secondary people of strong theoretical foundation and strong practical ability in the new era and lay a solid foundation for building a powerful educational country.Because the cooperative training of graduate students is a complex system involving many subjects,it is the primary problem to make full and effective play of the role of training talents.As an innovation system for cultivating talents,the graduate co-cultivation mechanism mainly covers the government,universities,enterprises,research institutes,etc.The main driving force for the participation of these entities is to harmonize the rights and responsibilities of the various subjects.Therefore,an effective analysis is made to the cooperative training mechanism of graduate students,the role and role of the coordination subjects in the training of talents,and the full construction of the dynamic mechanism,the operating mechanism,the guarantee mechanism and the evaluation mechanism of the scientific and rational graduate students' cooperative training are the necessary requirements for the training of high-level talents and the promotion of synergy.It is an important way to innovate and build a powerful education country.In this paper,the relevant literature at home and abroad in the collaborative training of graduate students is analyzed and combed,and the current research and research progress in the related fields at home and abroad are fully understood,and the deficiencies and existing problems of the current research are summarized and analyzed.This is to explain the theoretical and practical basis for the training of collaborative innovation of graduate students,and to analyze the main body of the collaborative training of graduate students and the role that the main body should play in the collaborative training of graduate students.In order to get a better understanding of the status of graduate students' cooperative training,in view of the situation of graduate students in Jiangsu colleges and universities in collaboration with the government,the cooperative training of graduate students in Jiangsu universities and enterprises,and the cooperative training of graduate students in Jiangsu universities and scientific research institutes,3 questionnaires are compiled for the cooperative training of graduate students in some colleges and universities in Jiangsu province.Investigate the status,further understand the current status of training,achievements and problems.On this basis,in view of the current problems in postgraduate collaborative training,we discuss the postgraduate collaborative training mechanism from the four aspects of dynamic mechanism,operational mechanism,safeguard mechanism,and evaluation mechanism,in order to increase the motivation and vitality of the participation of all subjects in postgraduate collaborative training,and then improve the quality and effectiveness of postgraduate collaborative training.
