Since Tian Liang,Shaanxi diving team still has the advantage in the competition,but there are worrying problems in the men's ten meter diving.After Tian Liang,no one came out of the ten meter platform and led the Shaanxi diving,which could not be improved on the movement difficulty coefficient,and the quality of the action was not perfect.Thirteen games in the thirteen games,Shaanxi team only one member of Yao Zelin entered the men's ten meter final,but Yao Zelin was poor in the quality of the109 C,poor stability and low score.This paper analyzes the technology and characteristics of 109 C action deeply.In this paper,through the comparative analysis of the athletic performance of the men of 10 meters platform in Shaanxi in the thirteen games of 2017 and the performance of Chen Aisen and Yang Jian of the national team,109 C is the research object,and the methods of literature,interview,mathematical statistics and experimental method are used to study Yao Zelin,Chen Aisen,and Yang.A comparative study of the strengths and weaknesses of health.It provides theoretical basis for athletes and coaches in the future training,and also provides reference for achieving excellent results in large competitions.In this paper,we deeply analyze the technology and characteristics of 109 C action through the phenomenon.(1)Yao Zelin in the 109 C movement,the three or four step in the jump,the pace 152.18 cm,the pace of the same action in the same step99.46 cm,Yang Jian in the same movement in the pace of 96.85 cm.In the fifth step,Yao Zelin uses 0.63 s,Chen Aisen uses 0.46 s and Yang Jian uses0.49 s.Yao Zelin's pace at 345 steps is 2.66m/s,3.30m/s and 2.13m/s.Chen Aisen's steps were: 2.42m/s,2.62m/s,3.02m/s.Yang Jian in the 345 step is: 2.28m/s,2.90m/s,3.24m/s in the process of running the center of Yao's center of gravity at the highest point in the Y axis in the third step,and Chen Aisen Yang Jian in the highest point in the Y axis in the fifth step.(2)in Yao Zelin's 109 C action,the take-off angle is 39.59 degrees,the take-off angle of is 50.13 degrees,and the take-off angle of Yang Jian is 49.77 degrees.When the athletes squatted down to the lowest point,the Yao Zelin ankle angle was 68.60 degrees,the knee joint angle was121.79 degrees,the hip angle was 121.63 degrees,the shoulder angle was148.83 degrees.The angle of Chen Aisen's ankle is 68.86 degrees,the angle of the knee joint is 109.48 degrees,the angle of the hip joint is 142.33 degrees,the angle of the shoulder joint is 140.71 degrees.Yang Jian's ankle joint angle is 67.32 degrees,the knee joint angle is 103.72 degrees,the hip joint angle is 148.64 degrees,the shoulder joint angle is 146.38 degrees.(3)Yao Zelin's turning stage is 0.21 seconds to complete the half turn,and Chen Aisen uses 0.29 seconds.Yao Zelin danced to a half weeks,center of gravity height is-0.26 meters.Chen Aisen danced to a half weeks,center of gravity height of 0.16 meters.(4)in Yao Zelin's 109 C action,the angle of water entry is 25.31 degrees,and the angle of hip joint is 161.32 degrees.Chen Aisen's angle of water entry is 5.26 degrees,and the angle of hip joint is 131.25 degrees.Yang Jian's angle of water entry is 7.26 degrees,and the angle of hip joint is 137.68 degrees.Conclusion:(1)in the process of 109 C action,the third and fourth steps are too big in the course of the 109 C movement,which causes the last step to slow down,which limits the transfer of kinetic energy,is not conducive to the overall coherence,and limits the technical factors of the athletes' ability to play the speed.(2)Yao Zelin takes off too much angle in the 109 C take-off stage,which makes the run up kinetic energy more transferred to the upward direction.It affects the take-off height and causes the air tossing time is not enough.(3)Yao Zelin was in the early stage of 109 C tossing stage.(4)in the stage of 109 C entering water,the angle of water entry is too large to open late,and no ideal water entry condition is formed.
