Research purposes: University growth time learning is easy to produce cognitive brain fatigue.After brain fatigue,the cognition level of college students will be affected.This study will explore the effect of cognitive brain fatigue on the cognitive processing ability of the central nervous system through empirical study,and provide empirical research support for the intervention measures and effects of cognitive brain fatigue.From the current research,there are few reports on the physical and psychological intervention of college students in this particular period.There are many limitations on the study of the effects of exercise intervention on cognitive brain fatigue.The research results are scattered,and a systematic model of cognitive brain fatigue has not been formed.Therefore,on the basis of the existing theory,improving the exercise intervention program is of great significance to improve the mental health level of college students and alleviate cognitive brain fatigue.This study studies the characteristics of the impact of long cognitive brain fatigue on self inhibition control from a holistic perspective,looking for a scientific method to alleviate cognitive brain fatigue and to promote the inhibition of control.The good effect of exercise intervention on College Students' physical development and cognitive ability provides a perspective for the study of cognitive brain fatigue caused by long term learning of college students.This study can provide a correct way of alleviating cognitive brain fatigue caused by long term learning of college students,and can also provide a way of thinking for improving the health of college students in our country.Research methods: using the methods of literature,experiment,mathematical statistics and other research methods,this paper took the undergraduates of non sports major of Xi'an Physical Education University as the research object,and carried out an experimental study on 32 students.There were 16 boys and girls in the study.They were divided into experimental group(8 boys,8 girls)and control group(8 boys and 8 girls).1.,we induced the establishment of cognitive brain fatigue model in college students,and used the attention bilateral task(flankers task)as the cognitive task.2.the cognitive brain fatigue of college students was intervened with exercise intervention.Girls used 30 minute medium intensity power bicycles(2KP/50RPM),and boys used 30 minute medium intensity power bicycles(2KP/60RPM).3.,we detected the changes of cognitive brain fatigue index in college students before and after brain fatigue induction and after exercise intervention.The subjective sense of brain fatigue was measured by fatigue self rating scale,and the changes of brain fatigue were objectively evaluated through psychological and behavioral indicators.It mainly includes: reaction time measurement and flash critical fusion frequency test.The heart rate variability(HRV)test reflects the adaptability and adjustment ability of the body to the surrounding environment and external pressure.The linear analysis of heart rate variability can be done in detail,and two indexes in time domain and frequency domain are adopted.The indexes of heart rate variability were SDNN,RMSSD,LF(mainly sympathetic activity of sympathetic nerve),HF(mainly response to parasympathetic nerve activity),and LF/HF.Correlation analysis of the test results was conducted to find out the easy detection indicators of cognitive brain fatigue and significant indicators of exercise intervention.The results of the study:(1)through the establishment of the model of brain fatigue induction,the two groups were increased and the correct rate of stimulus response decreased after the induction of brain fatigue,and all had significant differences(P < 0.05).The data of the fatigue assessment scale of the two groups showed body discomfort,emotional state and cognitive decline,and had a very significant difference(P < 0.01).The critical fusion frequency of flash is between 4.0-7.9Hz,which is moderate fatigue.At the stage of induced fatigue,the HRV time domain index SDNN,RMSSD,and the frequency domain index LF,HF,LF/HF showed an upward trend,indicating that the prolonged duration stress caused fatigue and the sympathetic activity intensity was greater than the parasympathetic activity intensity,because fatigue resulted in the participants' cognitive impairment.Through the above analysis,it is shown that two groups of subjects have produced cognitive brain fatigue through the induction of brain fatigue,and a brain fatigue induction model has been successfully established.(2)in the experimental group,the response time to stimulation decreased and the accuracy increased in the experimental group,which was significantly different from that after the brain fatigue induction(P < 0.05).The data of fatigue rating scale were improved compared with those before induction,and there were significant differences in body,emotion and cognition(P < 0.05).In the experimental group,the flash critical fusion frequency was similar to that before the exercise,indicating that the brain fatigue was relieved.After the exercise,the experimental group SDNN,LF,LF/HF decreased,RMSSD,HF increased.After the exercise,the experimental group was higher than the control group after the exercise.The experimental group was higher than the control group in the time domain index of heart rate variability(RMSSD and SDNN).The HRV indexes of RMSD and HF of the vagus nerve were higher than those in the control group,and there was a significant difference between RMSSD and HF(< 0.01).The LF/HF experimental group was significantly lower than the control group(P < 0.05),and the vagus nerve tension of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group after the exercise intervention,and the sympathetic nervous tension of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group.It indicated that the experimental group after the exercise intervention,the parasympathetic nerve was activated again,and the ability of regulation was partially improved.It shows that exercise intervention increases the positive feelings of individuals,improves the level of cognitive monitoring,and improves the effect of fatigue by stimulating the internal dynamics of individuals.(3)the control group did not exercise intervention,and the data measured did not change much after the induction of brain fatigue.There was no significant difference in response time and accuracy between stimulation and brain fatigue induction(P > 0.05).The three factors of fatigue self rating scale were different from those after induction,but there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).In control group,SDNN,RMSSD,LF and HF decreased,LF/HF increased,vagus nerve tension was lower than that of experimental group,and sympathetic nerve tension of experimental group was higher than that of control group.In the control group,there was little difference between the values measured after the exercise and the induced brain fatigue,and there was still a gap between the normal value and the normal value,and the brain fatigue did not be effectively relieved.Conclusion: 1.there are some differences in gender related indicators of cognitive brain fatigue,but the general trend of change is the same.2.exercise intervention can relieve cognitive brain fatigue,reduce the response time and error rate of cognitive control ability of the participants,improve the effect of fatigue and improve the behavior efficiency.3.aerobic exercise can effectively relieve brain fatigue in the same cognitive tasks of college students and improve their inhibitory control ability after the same cognitive tasks.
